Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Picked the hotel for the location - literally a stones throw from the train station. Lovely hotel, very comfortable and charming rooms that were well equipped. The rooms are BIG too with great sized bathrooms. Had a great nights sleep and the staff were lovely. Defo going again

Pros:

Quebecs has a refined feel to it, befitting the former Liberal Club. The public areas including the bar are classy. The bedrooms are large, with high ceilings, and nicely furnished. It is in a great location just a short walk from the train station and the bars and restaurants

A reliable choice in the city centre, next to the Railway Station
Pros:

The staff in the hotel are always friendly and welcoming, keen to help in any way they can. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bathroom is very nicely designed. We have stayed there a few times before and I am sure we shall return. The decor in the hotel is lovely with beautiful stained glass windows on the stairway and a very comfy lounge.

Quebecs is an absolute gem.
Pros:

Another really comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We very much appreciated the surprise upgrade to the Wainwright suite... thank you!
The hotel is in a perfect location for us being a 3/4 minute walk from the station and on a very quiet street.
All the staff we engaged with are very friendly, helpful and professional.
A huge bonus is the restaurant, Sous le nez, next to the hotel where we had a delicious lunch.

Cons:

Everything was just perfect.

Enjoyed our stay overall .
Pros:

Staff polite particularly Caroline & helpfu. Location great but no parking available. Due to lots of roadworks in the city it took us a long time just to get to Que Parks which was the nearest parking . City square offers lots of restaurants. Went to a Keralan on recommendation of hotel - very good . Staff uprgraded our room which was kind to the Roger Moore Suite ! Hotel has lots of character - breakfast great with plenty of choice . Great shopping nearby and Arcades are lovely .

Cons:

No Parking available - would go by train next time as station was so nearby Quebecs. Would have been nice to know about the roadworks. Lounge/ Bar area quite small .

Great location and good price
Pros:

Nice big room, comfy bed and powerful shower. Great location

Cons:

Didn’t like that the door was locked when I arrived (12pm) and there was a sign on the door to telephone a number to be let in but I could see receptionist there, who didn’t buzz me in, and ignored me.
I had to go and come back again to be let in.

Pleasant, quiet hotel in stylish old building. Friendly & helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast fully met our requirements and beyond. We only usually have cereal and fruit for breakfast. In this instance we had the cereal, and in my wife’s case tomato and mushrooms , whilst I had bacon and mushrooms. Full breakfast would have outfaced us!

Cons:

Nothing!!
