Beautiful room.
Mini bar was too expensive
The 2 ladies don’t. Reception were the nicest, most helpful and professional, I have come across anywhere in the world.
Everything else was very good and enjoyed my stay.
IRS the hotel I will head to when in the area again
The staff are amazing. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. The room is very clean and very big. Looking forward to going back again.
Such a beautiful hotel full of genuine features all the staff can't do enough for you very friendly will definitely be staying here again perfectly located near the train station.
Nothing to complain about.
The staff are exception and very friendly and helpful. The room size is excellent. Close to everything.
I have stayed at this hotel previously and, unfortunately, I have now experienced an issue with the same receptionist on both occasions.
The receptionist had dark hair, wore glasses, and was working at approximately 9:50am on 23 July. I simply asked for a tax invoice and did not expect the rude and dismissive attitude I received in response.
She replied, “No chance,” in a very abrupt manner. Her approach was slow, unhelpful, and showed little concern for guests trying to check out.
It was a completely unnecessary and unpleasant start to my day. I believe management needs to address this, as guests should not be spoken to in this way for making a perfectly reasonable request.
most comfy bed
parking in limited - not great for big cars and Q Parks recommended nearby is not cheap - there are cheaper options if you look around
Hotel exceptionally clean. Staff really friendly and super helpful. Every amenity available to make our stay comfortable. Bar staff and reception staff so helpful. Really good value for money.
Good value for money for a very central hotel, would recommend for someone travelling by train. Classic high ceilings and large rooms.
We drove and were very lucky to get into the small carpark after we struggled to find the place. Central Leeds deters non public transport and we got caught out with bus lanes and therefore fined. Not the hotels fault, just something to think about so wouldn't recommend if you are driving.
Great location beautiful building!
A bit tired
Staff very attentive. Rooms very comfortable clean and high quality bed and furniture. We have an excellent stay.
