Cons:

The air-conditioning system didn't seem to work properly and parking expensive (25 pounds). Bathmat wasn't properly clean and limited selection of tea and coffee without proper milk.

Pros:

We got upgraded, so that was great to start. Friendly staff at the reception and when we had a drink at the bar to end the night.
Breakfast was good, would definitely recommend the Eggs Benedict. Great location and a great price, we will definitely stay again, the next time we are in Leeds.

Stay was great but post stay customer services terrible and uncoordinated.

I was charged twice for the same stay (two reference numbers given) and I’ve been trying to obtain a £99 refund for a month and the property will not refund without booking.com confirmation and booking.com only refer me back to the property (round and round in circles). Not good enough.
