Room was nice, central location near the station.
No food or drink available - perhaps we misunderstood what the hotel offered when we booked but we went out for coffee and breakfast.
Parking was difficult, we had to have someone move their car so we could leave.
Reception was not always manned so getting in first time was difficult.
Truly a beautiful hotel, one of the nicest I've been in. First class location basically next to the station as well. The hotel's very best asset however was manager Caroline 😃, who took the time to tell us a lot about the unique history of Quebecs, and showed us a few of its gorgeous rooms. She was welcoming and personable, and made our stay an experience to remember 🫡👌🏼🫶🏻!!
Absolutely nothing (well, the airco broke down the second day, but Caroline arranged a portable unit immediately). If only all hotels were like Quebecs.
Very close to the shops and restaurants. Absolutely beautiful decor, I felt like I was a princess . The room was so beautiful . Caroline was on reception, she was perfect front of house staff. So friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back x

Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms in a lovely Victorian building and quiet despite being so central.
Lack of a restaurant is not an issue given how many local options there are but some leisure facilities would be good - even a small gym.

Hotel was clean & staff were friendly.
The lift was broken & we were on the fourth floor which was a lot of stairs, especially for my husband as he has had a knee replacement.

This is a majestic hotel, it is not modern but has a style and elegance. The main staircase has a beautiful mosaic window which was striking as the sunlight refracted through it. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The staff are outstanding friendly and efficient. We will stay here again.
There was a problem with the lift but these things happen and it did not detract from the overall experience
The location was great, the room was a good size and the breakfast was excellent.
Only one thing, the lift was out of order for the duration of our stay.
