Great location—just a short walk to the shrine and very close to the bus terminal, which made getting around easy. The staff were generally good, but Gino at reception truly stood out. His service was exceptional and made a real difference to our stay.

Cons:

We found communication with the staff quite challenging, as not everyone spoke English, which made even simple requests difficult. Dining at the hotel was also surprisingly expensive, especially considering we were staying guests.

Although we had paid for breakfast to be included, we ended up missing it twice due to early departures. The first time, Gino kindly arranged a breakfast pack for us, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, on our final morning—when we had to catch an early bus back to Rome—no one made the same effort, and we left without the breakfast we had paid for.

Overall, the lack of consistency and support from the staff was disappointing.
