According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Pros:

A instalação do quarto é ótima, espaçoso, tudo muito limpo e confortável, chuveiro a água tem uma pressão muito boa, adorei.

Cons:

A academia tem apenas um aparelho para ser usado, o restante é só esteira e bicicleta, o café da manhã comparado a outras redes Intercity ficou a desejar, achei que tinha menos opções e vários pratos eram com goiabada ( eu particularmente não gosto) então quase não aproveitei o café da manhã.

Funcionários muito gentis, bom café da manhã, excelente atendimento e serviço de quarto, quarto confortável, chuveiro bom, piscina grande

Cons:

O quarto só tem isolamento acústico nas janelas, consigo escutar a TV do quarto no corredor, acho que deveriam investir nisso e também em aquecedor na piscina, mesmo indo no verão a água estava bem gelada, a piscina fina no meio dos prédios então nem o sol bate nela
