According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Não recomendo o hotel.
Pros:

Café da manhã fraco, localização adequada.

Cons:

Hotel lotado, foi cobrada tarifa duplicada para ficar num quarto péssimo, no primeiro andar, voltado para área de carga e descarga. Impossível de dormir. Cama péssima, bem como o banheiro e o quarto em geral. Serviço de quarto não funcionou.

Gostei do ar condicionado, do chuveiro e do atendimento.

Cons:

Achei que o valor é alto, o lençol ficava saindo da cama, a tv não é smart tv, o Wi-Fi é ruim. Nas horas vagas não conseguimos assistir nenhuma plataforma de streaming, porque a tv não era smart e no celular é pc não rodava por conta do Wi-Fi.

Já foi bem melhor no passado.
Pros:

A equipe é sempre muito atenciosa e cordial. O chuveiro é ótimo e água quente deliciosa. Localização muito boa para quem vai para Interlagos de trem.

Cons:

Essa foi a minha terceira estadia no hotel para o mesmo fim (Lollapalooza). Infelizmente dessa vez eu senti que algumas coisas ficaram a desejar. O ar-condicionado com certeza não via limpeza ou manutenção há tempos, pois ao ligar o ar ficou muito sujo e espirramos sem parar a noite toda. A roupa de cama era mais curta que a cama e escapava o tempo todo. A TV não aceitava absolutamente nenhum recurso além de HDMI -- em 2026 uma smartv é o mínimo.
