According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Boa localização, limpeza, quarto e chuveiro muito bons, porém péssimo café da manhã pelo preço.
Pros:

Boa localização, perto do metro. Quarto espaçoso. Ótimo chuveiro, quarto bem limpo, ar condicionado não é central (prefiro assim) e funciona 100%.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem fraco pelo preço da diária, poderiam caprichar mais e ter uma máquina de café com mais opções além do café passado básico. Os ovos mexidos são péssimos, quando não estão "aguados" (parece uma papa) estão frios, não me refiro morno mas sim frio mesmo, quase gelados, eu diria que bem nojento até.

Atendeu a principal expectativa, que foi a localização próxima ao evento que fui.
Cons:

O estado do quarto poderia estar melhor. A porta do box estava meio emperrada. O ar-condicionado estava meio quebrado, sem o direcionador de ventilação (aletas). E a iluminação principal do quarto poderia ser mais forte.

Qualidade, localização e atendimento maravilhoso.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo, quarto e banheiro limpos e espaçosos. Decoração moderna, café da manhã muito bom e a qualidade no atendimento.

Não recomendo o hotel.
Pros:

Café da manhã fraco, localização adequada.

Cons:

Hotel lotado, foi cobrada tarifa duplicada para ficar num quarto péssimo, no primeiro andar, voltado para área de carga e descarga. Impossível de dormir. Cama péssima, bem como o banheiro e o quarto em geral. Serviço de quarto não funcionou.
