Ruime kamer

Cons:

Lawaai enorm te horen vanuit andere kamers, kamer koud en kil. Verwarming valt na x aantal tijd uit met gevolg in de nacht maar 15 gr meer. geen restaurant, mini badkamer kan je haast niet afdrogen of je zou al op het toilet moeten zitten, kamer met balkon -> deur naar buiten op een “koer” vol troep. Minimum van ontbijt ook niet vers ook pas vanaf 8h. Geen koffiezet of waterkoker op de kamer. Kraan staat helemaal los.

Ik kreeg een gratis kamerupgrade. Het was een fijne grote kamer. Ontbijt was lekker en veel keuze.

Goed passend hotel bij het bezoek dat ik gepland had.
Pros:

Voor mij alleen werd er goed ontbijt klaar gemaakt. Bij vragen stond personeel direct klaar om te helpen. Tegen over het station, overdag wel veel geluiden van auto’s maar na 22 uur niet meer.

Cons:

Kamer niet groot, geen lekkere stoel. Badkamer heel summier.

-Bediening is alles behalve klantvriendelijk en niet sociaal vaardig (nederlands sprekende jongedame en anderstalige eigenaresse). Gaf geen welkom gevoel. De positieve uitzondering was een mannelijke medewerker
-beroerde matrassen
-kamers verspreid over meerdere huizen behorend bij het hotel, niet fijn als je als gezin 2 kamers boekt.
