Excellent staff
Pros:

It’s in a great location, very close to everything you could need. The staff were by far the best part. We didn’t have the greatest weekend away due to an unplanned A&E visit but the staff were exceptional. They took the worry out of the situation by keeping the room blocked for me should i have needed it and just went above and beyond for us and i can’t thank them enough. Also the breakfast is fab.

Cons:

The pillows , kind of just disappeared once you put your head on them .

The room we stayed in in the evening and then again in the morning there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom coming up from the shower drain or something!

A nice looking room, but wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

The room decor was beautiful

Cons:

Unsure on parking situation, nobody asked or advised so hoping to not get a fine!

We heard more corridor noise than expected and the bed was quite uncomfortable, but it was nicely decorated and looked like website photos.

We received a welcome/congratulations card on our marriage, however, it was tainted by a passive aggressive 'housekeeping!!!!' sign off in a different pen, so we felt there was hostility between teams that had nothing to do with us as guests.
