Kindness That Made My Trip
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very clean and designed with a minimal and comfortable aesthetic. Its location near the station is also extremely convenient.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional kindness and warmth of the staff. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful when I accidentally stayed past the checkout time due to a web meeting. Even though I caused some inconvenience, the staff kindly and warmly reassured me with smiles, which really saved me from stress.
Thanks to their hospitality, my stay turned into a truly positive experience. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

Pros:

Everything! It was clean, close to train station, and the staffs are really good and well-behaved.

Cons:

Our nieghbour made so much noises, even around 12 pm and he was very loud at 7am, the hotel must make a policy about time management and aware the touristes about respect others.

Mejor imposible
Pros:

Todo perfecto.
Llegué muy temprano y llamé para preguntar si podía entrar antes. Tuve muchísima suerte, la habitación 22 se vació temprano y la recibí impecable alrededor de las 9:30.
Ese gesto me encantó y no lo voy a olvidar nunca. Le agradezco a la dueña una vez más

El vecino a la habitación, molestó de las 20 a las 22 hs, hasta que se lo hice notar. Después reinó la tranquilidad nocturna.

Weekend a Düsseldorf
Pros:

Struttura molto carina e vicinissima sulla stazione e a supermercati, ottimi ristoranti sulla strada. Frigorifero e bollitore in camera, io sono stata per lavoro e mi ha fatto comodo poter mettere qualche insalata in frigo senza dover sempre mangiare al ristorante. Colazione inclusa, e prezzo molto onesto per la posizione in cui si trova.

Cons:

Il bagno della mia camera purtroppo era separato, ma comunque di fronte alla camera.
