Belle chambre confortable bien équipée avec café, thé, chocolat située dans un beau village
Les prix trop élevés du restaurant
Entertainment was good. Peaceful.
Seating in bar not that comfortable.
Centrally located, clean, good breakfast.
Bed was very small.
Everything,
That they took down Monty python pics, they should celebrate that fact
Killin Hotel is an "old world" hotel in a cute little Scottish village. The room had a very nice, updated bathroom with a nice shower. The room is small with no microwave, refrigerator, and a small closet. An electric kettle and instant coffee were available in the room. The dining room is surrounded by glass and a very nice atmosphere. We had a great dinner and full breakfast in the dining room. There was a pub on-site, which was nice. There were also sitting areas which. were nice since the room was so small. The staff was great.
The smallness of the room. The bed was a full bed, not a queen. We took the narrow stairs up to our room. This would have been difficult if we would have had large suitcases. There is an old elevator available that would probably only fit one person with luggage. Very quaint!

Manager, bar staff and waiting staff all smart, polite and very helpful.
On the day booking went smoothly enough and staff accommodating with dog.
On check out the receptionist was quite abrupt and dismissive. Initially disputing that the booking was paid then realising it had but no offer of apology or accepting even that she was wrong.
Other staff were great and it hasn't put me off however you may wish to have a word as she insinuated it was booking.com fault as they never pay.!
Another excellent choice and good food

Lovely location. Comfortable and very clean.
Menu limited
Das Familienzimmer war gross und neu ausgestattet. Am Abend haben wir live music genossen. Der Aufzug ist ein Oltimer, wie man ihn kaum mehr findet!
Quality of food, service and bed! Also a very cozy bar.
It is a typical Scottish hotel, cosy, friendly but a little tired. Our room was small and the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever been in. That being said we have stayed twice and will do again. Excellent value, food and service.
