Comfortable, clean and safe. Very reasonably price. Very accommodating.
Pros:

I was staying for work and needed to store my grade as it looked like I may need another day. Although they were not equipped to do so they made arrangements for me. Not once but twice. Very accommodating

The staff, the cleanliness, the smell of the room, the lack of carpet cleaning was there multiple days? The garbage wasn't even collected from the room.

Disgusting and if I hadn’t booked through booking.com I would have asked for my money back and went somewhere else

I am the type of person who checks the beds. When checking the beds they were very disgusting and dirty. The carpets were dirty, the walls were dirty and we had to wait for staff to come and change all the bedding and that took 2 hours. There were spider webs in the corner of the ceiling. The breakfast was not good either

Good location, many restaurants close by, staff very friendly and accommodating

I find one key for a room not quite enough, I like to have my own key
