A good hotel in the heart of the action
Pros:

Quite nice hotel, well maintained, clean and fresh. Staff lovely. Good location right by the buakhao area. You might get hotels that offers a little bit bigger rooms for the same price, but it was big enough for me. The bed was a bit to hard for me. The walls is a bit thin I think, so make sure you’re not offended by Pattaya nightly activities on the other side of your wall 😉 good breakfast, and good selection of room service food to choose from, that tastes very very good in the balcony. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

Worth a punt
Pros:

Pros: room in good condition (block B), power stays on when not in room hence great for charging, bathroom having a glass wall works well cos it lets light in and makes the bathroom light and airy, balcony handy, bed firm and comfy and huge, TV high quality but have your own subscriptions to fully utilise the channels, the three hotel-owned adjacent pools that are on the ground floor are ok and sunny for first half of the day, shower in room is excellent noting that the smaller shower head had the inevitable black mould in the nozzle (I bring my own shower head these days), soap and shower gel and hair cap thing provided, bathroom nice and light for washing and shaving, wardrobe has a mesh door which is great for air flow but 4 hangers is not enough, room safe is easy to use and secure, desk space useable, rooms at front don't get sun hence balconies are usable all the time, staff are all excellent, cleaning staff are quiet in the corridors unlike some hotels, the 3 pools are ok but roof top pools are always better, the pools do not seem to get birds by them (which roof top pools do, even though I prefer them) hence the chances of getting an illness from the water is much reduced over roof top pools (birdy poo is very toxic), pool water is cold and this is great for a hot day which most days are, location is excellent if you want central but note that the roads here are very busy at peak times with the noise and air pollution that goes with this but the pool areas are relaxed albeit with a lack of beds/seats, no joiner fee (whatever that means) if you book for 2 people, easy for taxis to find and really easy and safe for both pickup and drop offs, end of soi lengkee has a 7-11 and a family mart hence the hotel is close to both, the guests here all seemed pretty chilled and relaxed hence the hotel does not seem to attract the less-popular groups of tourists, there are a couple of quiet bars opposite with pool tables and nice staff, very close to some decent affordable restaurants, enough plugs for charging stuff including beside the bed, pillows ok but not the slimmest, the loo flushes well however the sink drains slowly (no way I am I unblocking that lot), the shower drains perfectly.

Cons; whilst the cleaning is good - the towels have a slight smell of not being washed to 100%, 2 chairs on the balcony as standard would be good rather than 1, aircon hits the bed directly which is bad, rooms at front get street noise and the ever-present noise from people practicing for the annual world angle grinder contest however the balcony doors do a half decent job of noise insulation, black out curtains not provided however the rooms really need them, the pool area lacks beds/seats and the decking really needs replacing and laying properly, the few pool side beds provided have knackered thin-cushions and these cushions need replacing, strict about check in time so don't get here early, the hotel staff seem to make things in one of the basements some days using welders and angle grinders hence they sometimes make huge noise during the day but they do smile whilst doing so hence its all good, you take your room key card with you when you go out so don't lose it, reduce the flow rate into the bum gun prior to use or you will get a pleasant/unpleasant surprise.

Conclusion; overall a decent place and I have already booked 2 further stays here. I might bring my own Lidl angle grinder next time so I can join their angle grinder team. Bring your own shower head or buy one from the nearby excellent hardware shop at the end of the road. Bring your own pool-side bed / chair.

Nighmare stay that just got worse
Pros:

First night of stay the TV fell off the wall ! Second day internal door lock broke ( needed to be replaced ) third night i couldnt get in my room ,i went to report at reception they sent maintance man up to repair. He could not fix so i had to sleep in another room with no acccess to my personal items ( money clothes etc ) it was midday the next day before i got into original room ( they had to damage door to get access )
I then had to move ( repack all my things ) and move to another room .
Obviously i was not happy ,so i asked be compensated for the many problems .
They said they would get back to me .
Next day i asked reception supervisor about compensation, she said they would not be charging me for tv ! ( this i could not believe as it had not been fixed properly tomthe wall ) and just so you know it wasnt broken and worked after it fell of wall ( but they still replaced it with a smaller tv with less channels !
She said the manager offered me a free breakfast! I found this highly insulting and said it was not my fault and was hotels bad maintenance. She said she would talk to manager again .
They avoided me from this point onwards so i decided to write this review
If i had not paid in full up front i would have left after 3rd day
Badly maintained
And poor customer service
I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pros:

The location was really good not too far from soi bukeo and plenty of bars and nightlife but you don’t hear any noise because of the hotel location and the staff where really helpful and friendly and polite but on the downside on arrival in the room and unpacking my suitcase the only storage for clothes where shelves and when I ran my hands over the shelves they were caked in dust and the rooms are old and outdated but I still can’t accept dust it’s as if they only clean the floors plenty of hot water for showers it’s a shame because apart from the maid service it’s a good hotel
