Der Balcón de Córdoba ist ein wunderschönes, bis ins Detail durchdachtes Hotel in perfekter Lage mit sehr schönen individuellen 10 Zimmern (wir hatten mit Nr. 9 das wohl schönste) und einer traumhaften kleinen Dachterrasse zum Geniessen des Sonnenuntergangs. wir waren Ende März hier und hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt, betört vom Duft der Orangenblüten. Großartig und immer wieder!

Truly boutique experience, wonderful in every way.

A Fantastic Option in the Midst of it All in Cordoba
Pros:

Prime location. Charming hotel with a great rooftop lounge. Included breakfast was excellent. Just a lovely atmosphere. Staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend.

The patio area with fountain was charming. The rooms were quiet and tastefully decorated.
Pros:

Location is the best asset of this hotel. Close to everything - Mezquita-Cathedral down the street, the roman bridge, less than 10 minutes away, gardens, great restaurants, shopping -- literally couldn't have selected a better hotel. I also have to say that due to a train wreck and horrible flooding, we had to cancel our stay initially; however, instead of making us eat the considerable amount we would have lost, they agreed to credit it to us since we planned to come again the following month when the weather and the trains were deemed safe. That was very generous.

Cons:

The breakfast was part buffet with 3 main breakfasts. It was unremarkable. And the main server, at least at 0800 was not very friendly nor helpful. Which considering how amazing every single other employee was, especially Emilio, the server was the only negative. Also, my husband and I are seniors and it took us a good fifteen minutes to get the shower on with hot water. It would be nice if they could show you when you check in how to work it or post instructions in English and Spanish.
