Great location and view but overpriced
Pros:

Great location and views from level 45
Housekeeping staff were great and gave us plenty of fresh towels each day. Outdoor pool was amazing, indoor pool was just a bit deep for younger kids. Reception staff were helpful when we misplaced our bag and brought it up to the room when it was found. Didn't wait long for the lift and from the car park to level 45 was less than a minute. Plenty of car parks once we found the correct space to park in, we didn't follow the blue painted line and got lost the first time we went into the parking building. Heaps of shopping, activities and cafes/restaurants right outside. Often street performers 2 minutes away and beach is pretty much on your doorstep.

Cons:

Couldn't get stereo speakers to go, speakers in bedroom in tv were horrible if tv was turned up to a normal level, fridge had food from previous person still in it and water / ice dispenser didn't go as wasn't hooked up. Dishwasher still had utensils from last person in top tray. Only has a frying pan in kitchen no pots or anything else usable on hob, no glasses except plastic tumblers that are cracked and leak. Was a few things that could do with a proper wipe down I.e walls and dining chairs. Smoke alarm cover in bedroom was hanging down and in another bedroom smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag. Big mess of wires behind bedside table and found a knife in the cupboard where toilet cistern is. Shower isn't great, in the second bathroom the tilt adjuster was loose and wouldn't keep shower-head in place. Not much of a room service menu and no details given on how to order, had to google it.

Disappointing

There was left over food scrapes in between the lounge cushions. The spa pools were disgusting and absokutely filthy - completely appalled. Looked like the indoor spa pool hadn't been clean in months - made us almost vomit at the sight of it. Steam room was also disgusting every time we went down to use it. Hair and band aids on the floor, just complete filth. Not all at what I expected from Pepper Souls especially because I have heard so many good things about it. So disappointing.

Not to mention, the walk way/hall way from the elevator to our room smelt dusty and of mould. Worse smell i have ever smelt in a hotel. Im actually so disappointed in this hotel. Not to mention the elevator in the car park on b3 smelt like someone took a 7 day old shit in it. This is definitely a 1 out of 5 star hotel.

Overall much worth to stay in this apt to relax and walkable distance to beach and paradise center.

Cons:

Daily housekeeping wasn’t consistent, the floor was not vacuumed, dishwashing liquid was not topped up and we had to buy our own. There isn’t a bidet in the bathroom.
