Peppers Soul use honestly treated us like your own! Thank you for having us.
Pros:

we loved everything about our stay, receptionists was very patient, was there if you needed help, nothing could have been better, we honestly wish we stayed abit longer, but overall would do it again soon.

Cons:

nothing tbh honestly loved everything, the views, the amount of space you have in your room, like everything you have at home is exactly layed out perfectly at the peppers soul, it honestly was the best night.

ASKED FOR ADJOINING ROOMS WASNT LET KNOW THERE WERE NOT ANY PHONED RECEIPTION TO ASKED FOR A ROOM SO WE COULD BE TOGETHER EVEN A 3 BEDROOM BUT WAS TOLD NO. PUT A DAMPER ON OUR TRIP,
SOUL ROOMS ARE GETTING OUTDATED ONE COUCH WAS VERY DIRTY THE CURTAINS WERE BADLY WRINKLED
ONE GABBAGE BAG ONLY, JUST NOT THE FEEL THE SOUL HAS HAD IN THE PAST WHEN I HAVE STAYED. WOULD PROBLY LOOK FOR SOMETHINGMORE UPDATED NEXT TIME AFTER ABOUT 6 STAYS AT SOUL.

Overall it wasn't worth it.
Pros:

Pool and all the facilities were good.

Cons:

Accordingly it wasn't money worth because room I booked was ocean suite but wasn't exactly what was expected according to price and photos it was shown. Didn't enjoyed view much.

Cons:

The checkin process and staff knowledge at the counter was very limited and provided unclear instructions, especially in regards to the cards provided for access to room, lifts, facilities etc. The cards were not even activated properly causing us to revisit and stand in the queue at the reception to get it sorted twice :(
