le lit très confortable; le petit déjeuner
la proximité du centre ville

Cons:

La SDB très minimaliste
Très peu de chaîne TV que la TNT
le parking en sous sol très difficile d'accès
la chambre au 2 eme étage sans ascenseur et nous sommes en mobilité réduite

Deuxième fois que nous venons à La Rochelle et dans cet hôtel. À refaire avec le même Hotel
Pros:

Le côté cosy et calme. Un petit déjeuner copieux, délicieux et variés avec des produits locaux Très proche du centre. Vraiment parfait !

Cons:

L ensemble tapisseries et moquettes sont un peu à rafraîchir

Séjour agréable au cœur du centre ville historique.
Pros:

La situation, le confort, le calme et la propreté.

Cons:

Chambre sans décoration, un peu triste (Murs noirs et gris).
Le petit déjeuné pris en chambre un peu léger (petites tasses et mini viennoiseries) pour un montant de 42 euros.

Hotel tres bien situé
Pros:

Le point fort de l'établissement est indiscutablement le petit dejeuner varié et fait maison.
Accueil souriant et sympathique avec de bons conseils restos.
Chambre propre.
Hotel tres bien placé : proche bord de mer et rue avec de nombreux bar/restaurants.

Cons:

Matelas trop mou.
Emplacement WC exigu.

Lovely stay!
Pros:

Great location (Next to the beach, and a busy street full of well known restaurants), but still in a quiet place. Good staff. Lovely deco. The breakfast was lovely, good variety & quality. Secured parking.
I did not try all the SPA, but it looked nice. I had a facial there, my skin felt amazing and I felt great afterward!
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

It would have been nice to be able to access the sauna or jacuzzi at least once for free. For people staying at least 3 nights...

Cons:

Le personnel d accueil qui a oublié de me rajouter une nuit et qui n a pas eu l honnêteté de l admettre. C etait 2 jours après et cela m a mis en porte a faux.Humiliant.

Pros:

Location good. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy. Always smells lovely there. Have stayed here previously.

Cons:

Room was smaller than last time. Bathroom too small for my liking (that’s me being picky based on last time)
The upgrade they gave us felt like a downgrade.
Parking in the underground was very tight but manageable in my small car.
Again these are just small points that wouldn’t stop us going back (stayed twice already)
