The affected areas are:
- 11 floor rooftop restaurant and bar has officially reopened on the 04th December as ELVN11, offering breathtaking views of Cape Town’s stunning skyline and the majestic Table Mountain.
- With the extension of the restaurant and bar, the hotel no longer has a swimming pool available.
- 11 floor rooftop Meetings and Events spaces are still under renovations until end of February 2025.
- The indoor parking areas are under renovation where 16 studio apartments are being created and are scheduled for completion in Q2 2025.
- With the creation of the apartments, the hotel will no longer have indoor parking. Guest vehicles may be parked in the public bays in front of the hotel. We’ve made a provision for some parking spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Zentral im CBD an der Heerengracht Street gelegen. Der Company‘s Garden und die Museen im Umkreis sowie das Castle of Good Hope lassen sich gut zu Fuß erreichen (ca. 1 km). Als besonderen Service bietet das Hotel einen Shuttle-Service zur V&A Waterfront an (1x pro Stunde). Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem Haus dieser Größe erwartet: Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück und geräumige und komfortable Zimmer. Im 11. Stock befindet sich eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Das Personal war während meines Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Laeka was very helpful in the kitchen.
Tanya at the front desk was very helpful when i checked in.
Parking was a big issue. There is no hotel parking. One had to park in the street. When that was full one had to go down the road to park at another building.
