Staff was extremely helpful in getting our room ready early which was really appreciated as we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Nice, clean room. We could really have used a fridge to store baby food and an aircondition unit as the room got very hot during the day. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints

Front desk was supportive and allowed an early check in, which was very helpful given I had been traveling and tired.

Beds were very firm, but otherwise ok.

A localização é ótima, mas faltou um ar condicionado, só tinha ventilador.
E na minha opinião faltou um frigobar.
O quarto é pequeno, mas ok.
Não gostei dos quartos em outra rua, longe da recepção.

This place is an excellent location. Lots of shopping, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Rooms are simple and clean.

Perfect location for winter markets.

Only good things about this hotel were Domeni and Katharina. Rooms were dirty (first reeked of cigarette smoke and 2nd was dirty). Night front desk manager yelled at me when I asked him to bring me the plug to the tea kettle. He actually came to the room to look for it as if I get jollies from stealing tea kettle plugs. Ridiculous!

Receiption is at the next street but not easy to carry the carrier.
Also there are many stores and restaurants at the receiption street,
But the geust house is located to the next street but it was dark and not many people, only women seems looking for man

The bed is quite small. The weather was hot but the fan was not working well.

No kettle or tea or coffee in room. Small. Excellent inclusion of portable WiFi hotspot free of charge.

O hotel é ok, achei muito limpo. O quarto em que fiquei era pequeno, mas acomodava tranquilamente. O check in é feito em uma rua abaixo de onde fica este hotel, mas não foi um problema. Estávamos de carro e usamos o estacionamento do hotel, achei confortável, pois ficava dentro do prédio (o estacionamento é pago, foi cerca de 30 francos suíços por dia). Não é nenhum luxo, é o tipo de hotel para apenas deixar as malas e curtir a cidade. Fica bem no centro de tudo, de lojas e restaurantes, não precisei usar o carro para sair por lá. Recomendo este hotel pela localização e cordialidade dos funcionários, mas não para um descanso.

You can not get any more central in Zurich than here.
Service was very friendly and the rooms comfortable.
Amazed how quiet the rooms were considering we were right in the middle of the Niederdorf (Old part of Zurich).

Nice hotel about 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean.

I stayed twice. I had a room in the guest house facing an inner green area which was nice. The second time, out of the hotels control, a noisy neighbour was disturbing me. Staff were very helpful in moving e to the main building for a comfortable stay and they did not add any charges. I thought that was very nice.
