Que cerrasen el hotel aun no se pq y nos kedasemos en la calle a las 7 d la tarde
I would like to warn others about this hotel. We stayed there for a week, and everything was fine until the day we visited Disneyland. While we were there, we received a message from the hotel asking us to return immediately, collect our belongings, and check out.
When I called the hotel, I was told that we had to come back right away because the police were shutting the hotel down, and we might not be able to retrieve our belongings otherwise. We only received a refund a week later, so finding and paying for a new hotel became our responsibility.
Not to mention, I lost money on our Disneyland tickets, and the experience completely ruined the day for both me and my children. Of course, no one compensated us for that.
Nothing. The most terrible experience. We were literally kicked out (along with other visitors ) suddenly although we had 2 more days booked .
The hotel informed us during noon to return to the hotel and get our stuff asap and also find a new hotel .
They knew that something was off with the hotel (mentioned something around government and that they had to shut down operations suddenly) but they decided to inform us via message rather than even informing us the same morning that we left the hotel.
I would not recommend to anyone visit a so unreliable host

The location near the Gard du Nord was what I wanted.
My bathroom had one wall with exposed plaster board which made it feel like a building site. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she told me to send an email to management but I never got a reply. No offer was made for a new room and the problem was purely ignored. Inside the toilet rim there was a brown stain which again I mentioned in my email to no avail. The room had 2 single beds. I think the smallest beds I have slept in since I was a child. Every time someone flashed the toilet or used the shower I could hear it. This went on well into the night. All in all an unpleasant experience which will not be repeated.

Koselig rom som var modernisert på en fin måte med god komfort, men beholdt gamle detaljer som bjelkene i taket. Lett adkomst med heis til alle etasjer. Kort vei til metroen og Gare du Nord.
Ingenting negativt å si om stedet.
