Pros:

Kahene tuba kahel korrusel, väike rõdu

Cons:

Oleks tore, kui kööginurgas oleks lisaks kahele kruusile ja lusikale ka mõni taldrik, kahvel ja nuga. Need on vajalikud asjad eriti siis, kui peatuda kauem kui üks öö.

Villa ar vēsturi, attiecīgi numuriņi arī ar vēstures smaržu un noformējumu. Ļoti patika. Romantiski!
Villa atrodas vesturiskajā centrā! Brokastis nav iekļautas , bet ļoti gardas brokastis un kafiju var baudīt 7 minūšu gājiena attālumā kafejnīcā Karlova Kohv uz
Bija rezervēti 3 numuriņi, kopā 6 personām. Loti patika, ka personāls, redzot ka rezervāciju veicis viens cilvēks ir padomājis , lai mēs visi būtu viens otram blakus, vienā kāpņu telpā!

Cons:

Brokastis ir par papildus maksu, 15 eur no personas.
Labāk izvēlēties iziet kaut kur ārpus Villas.

Don’t miss this lovely Art Nouveau mansion stay.
Pros:

This place was an art nouveau treasure. Built in 1901 it still has the original murals on the walls and on the ceiling it’s filled with delightful furniture. It was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

It wasn’t close to downtown so we had to drive, but it wasn’t a big deal if you have a car

Nice location for a quick visit to Tartu
Pros:

Perfectly lovely for a quick visit to Tartu. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

When we checked in, it would have been useful to have been told that you cannot access the property through the front door after hours...it took us a little while to locate the side entrance after dark.

A hotel with character
Pros:

It's a nice hotel with different kind of rooms. decorated a bit in an old style, which gives the hotel it's character. The location is very good, you can walk to the old town, river and theatre and there are also lots of cafes nearby. The best thing is free parking in the garden. There is no breakfast but you can find some cafe or a shop very near to the hotel.

Puudus käsidušš,raske pesta pead märjaks tegemata.2.korrusel on ebatavaliseltkõrge uksepiit.Tulles kohvritega, sek päeval ka vihm, s.t. ka vihmavari, prillid udused, oli see kõrge uksepiit vöga ootamatu, mistõttu komistasin päris rängalt,õnneks lõppes kergemate põrutustega.See uksepiit võiks olla märgistaud mõne erksama hoiatuskattega.Aga õnneks jäin terveks.See, et homnikusööki ei olnud, see oma süü,ei uurinud korralikult järele.

The location is good - real quiet street, 10 mins walk from bus station and 10-15 to Raekoja platz.
We have 2-level separate apartment with the balcony, very cute and cozy. Kitchen corner with kettle and fridge.
Bads are nice and comfy.

Cons:

Please check in advance the eating options. We misunderstood the caffee/restaurant availability and in the end there was no breakfast available on Sunday.

Free Parking, easy to access, 15 min walk to old town, super calm, cozy mini-Duplex / houses. Fridge + possibility to boil water.
2 Television.

Cons:

Nothing. It is already the 5th time I select this place for a visit in Tartu
