Hotel Riomar, Ibiza, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

After staying at the W for 3 nights on a business trip, I moved to the Riomar for a final solo night. I am so glad I did and wished I'd stayed here sooner. Every member of the team were very friendly and helpful, with a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The beach front location is great and I enjoyed dinner and breakfast outside looking out over the sea and listening to the waves. The room was comfortable and also had an incredible view, it was lovely and relaxing listening to the waves and watching the sunrise over the sea from the comfort of my bed! Will definitely be visiting again.

I am a gold member w/Marriott and the staff, hotel and amenities are top notch or best of the best. Rooms are tastefully designed.

Drinks are sophisticated and professionally mixed. I am a stickler for old fashioned. Breakfast amazing!

This is my second year staying at this gorgeous hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated and is such a relaxing environment to be in. The pool is lovely and the beach is literally steps away from the pool area. The cocktails are fantastic and the food and wine menu are carefully crafted - everything is also delicious and freshly made. More than all this however, the reason this hotel shines is because of the staff who are without a doubt some of the friendliest and kindest people I have met on any of my travels around the world. Nothing is too much bother for them - even going as far to personally take an item I had lost in the hotel to the local UPS facility for it to be shipped back to me! This hotel is a MUST stay - you will not regret going there and you will be treated with kindness and care when you are there.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Great views from the Sea View rooms. Extremely friendly staff, very clean hotel, nice room and good breakfast. Private area with sun beds on the beach made for a good beach experience and excellent club sandwich form the beach service menu.

I recently stayed at Hotel Riomar and was very pleased overall. The staff were truly outstanding — consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made my stay enjoyable. The property offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, and its location near the beach is ideal. The sea view from the room was excellent, though the sound of the waves was quite loud due to doors not closing properly.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The room was small, with limited space to hang clothes, and the suitcase had to be kept on the floor. The breakfast selection remained the same each day, which became repetitive over a longer stay. The fitness room is also quite limited, with only one bike, one treadmill, and one elliptical trainer — not ideal for guests looking for a more complete workout. As a Platinum member, I had hoped for a very late checkout, but this could not be accommodated — even though many rooms appeared available online.
Despite these minor shortcomings, I would still recommend Hotel Riomar for its excellent service and overall quality.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It was impeccably clean and the decor really chic. The pool area is lovely and so close to the beach that it’s really easy to interchange between the two (with pool/beach towels provided). The staff around the pool and at the bar were fantastic. The food we tried was great- especially the club sandwiches on the pool menu. It’s also really quick to walk into the town and as we were having a chill holiday we didn’t feel the need to explore further given how many restaurants there were nearby. I’d recommend to anyone!

Great beach. The staff and breakfasts are among best I’ve experienced. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea but was very small and had no closets.

This is a great hotel in a lovely location right on the beach.
All the staff we met from the bell boy to the room girls or the reception staff were lovely, cheerful, helpful and great ambassadors for the hotel.
Service in the bar and terrace was excellent and the breakfast in the morning had everything we needed.
The rooms are not big, but we had a fabulous sea view with a terrace and very comfortable beds.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had another excellent stay at the Riomar Hotel. Definitely the best hotel in Santa Eulalia. Staff and location really fantastic We have stayed in all the top-rated hotels in this resort and have now returned 5 times to the Riomar Hotel and have taken family and friends there . The hotel is managed superbly and it is rather unfair to single out individual members of staff as they are all so great. Oscar the front office manager has built up an excellent team and was really helpful. Nieves also exceeded our expectation when it came to service around the hotel so thanks to them both. The big advantage this hotel has it's position right onto the promenade with its own beach and seating etc. We spent many a happy hour sitting on the hotel terrace enjoying the view. The hotel food was excellent and we had dinner on the terrace. It was quite expensive but this is Ibiza!!
We are definitely planning to return next year.

I stayed at Hotel Riomar Ibiza last week for a Body by Ciara fitness retreat with around 70 amazing girls, and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful — modern, stylish, and perfectly located right by the beach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. You could tell how much care and pride the staff take in keeping everything looking perfect.

The food was exceptional — fresh, healthy, and delicious every single day. Every meal was beautifully presented, and there was always plenty of choice. It honestly exceeded all expectations.

The atmosphere throughout our stay was unreal — full of positivity, energy, and good vibes. Even with 70 of us there for the retreat, everything ran so smoothly. The staff handled it all effortlessly with smiles on their faces.

I genuinely can’t fault a single thing about this hotel. From the setting and the service to the food and the attention to detail, it was five-star in every way.

If you’re visiting Ibiza — whether for a Body by Ciara retreat, a relaxing holiday, or just to enjoy a bit of sunshine in style — Hotel Riomar Ibiza is the place to stay. I’m already dreaming about going back! 🌴✨

This was my 4th time back at Riomar and as someone who goes to Ibiza a lot I would say it’s one of the best hotels on he island. Everything from the location, the rooms, the food, the staff and service was 10/10. I always recommend riomar to anyone going to Ibiza whether that’s couples, families or friends! Can’t wait to be back there again next season!

This was my second year in a row at the Riomar for a fitness retreat, and it was just as amazing as the first time, if not better. The hotel is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever stayed in.

From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel so welcome. They are incredibly friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble, always helping with a smile on their faces. The rooms are beautifully designed, the beds are unbelievably comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious.

Every detail is so well thought out, and the atmosphere is just perfect. I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. I can’t wait to return next year!

This hotel is amazing!!! I would 100% stay here again. The sea view rooms are beautiful, the view is incredible. The food is really good & the drinks even better, but the part of this hotel is the staff. I went for a training event & the customer service from the staff was exceptional...I am ready to go back! 😆

Stand out for me about this hotel is how great the staff are. Very attentive and friendly and ALWAYS happy to help with a smile on their faces. Love that use glass water bottles in their rooms and a filtered water station near reception. Another plus for me is that they do have a gluten free bread option at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great location, beach hotel with pool near a favourite restaurant of mine ‘WOM’ just a 5 min walk away and in the opposite direction 10 mins up the road an array of restaurants to choose from.
Great for local walks with lots of accessible scenic views. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Thank you Riomar x

Super Hotel in guter Lage.
Hervorragendes Frühstück & netter Service.

The hotel was great, vibey architecture and great design, with an anwesome oceanfront location. The wide beachfront setup means both the pool and restaurant have awesome view, and also private beach chairs.
Service was top, like the type where there is extra staff in every corner and thinking ahead on what you need when they see you, without being in your business.
Also food was great, and this little corner of the island has its own little downtown and shops, but still close enough to easily get into old town.

Totally exceeded expectations! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Being right on beach was just amazing and breakfast with the view was so special. The food and choice for breakfast was of a really high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
