Lukka Exclusive Hotel - Adult Only +12

This is already our fifth stay at Lukka and we still love it. The view never disappoints and is truly stunning. The price of the sea view room is much higher than back in the days but we think it is worth it and we keep enjoying sitting on our balcony. The sunsets are beautiful.
Staff works hard to service the guests and are all very kind. Breakfast is in buffet style which is a big plus for me as I like to choose for myself. There is a lot of fruit and the quality of the yoghurt is very good.
Enough sunbeds are available and nice places to enjoy the swimming pool and the sea. It is not overcrowded.
2 things that I miss at a hotel of this standard: a welcome drink when checking in and daily complimentary water in the room.
But besides that, Lukka is a very special place and remains a favorite and we will be back in the near future!

Made booking online on the hotel website and gave credit cards etc. I’ve email the hotel several times, I’ve sent direct DMs to confirm my booking and simply can not get a reply.this is very strange and wanted to see if there was any scams regarding bookings. What else could I should do?

The hotel and its decoration feel dated — more like an old-style 3-star property, definitely not matching the price charged.

Breakfast was not great, and the staff showed no interest or assistance. They didn’t explain anything or tell us whether it was possible to order eggs. Overall, zero attention to guests’ needs.

The worst part was the service. We booked through Expedia Platinum, which included a free upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. When we arrived, neither was provided. The hotel claimed the upgrade room was unavailable, but it was clearly listed as available on all booking platforms, including their own website. Regarding the wine, we contacted Expedia, who assured us it would be resolved. After not receiving it, we followed up again, and Expedia got the hotel to send it—but there was still no apology or explanation. At check-out the next day, no one asked about our stay or offered any follow-up. Overall, truly zero customer care…

The only positive aspect of the hotel is the view, but many hotels in the area offer great views. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.

Lukka Hotel was Excellent!! It's the standard I want with any hotel wherever I go now. We got the ocean view, which was so worth it. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. There are so many little areas to sit or relax, and plenty of chairs by the pool and ocean. We stayed three nights and four days, and I wished it were a week or more. Thank you for an amazing stay, all the staff were great. We had excellent service from Ahmet from the pool bar; he became a friend to us while we were there and gave exceptional service. He is wonderful. Thank you very much!

This was our second trip to Lukka in Kas after a period of 10 years. Our first trip was amazing, and our return did not disappoint.

The hotel was as beautiful as ever and the team were friendly, looking after our every need.
Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and characterful, with lots of lush foliage and natural features in how the hotel is integrated into the rocky landscape running down to the sunbathing area by the sea. Swimming in the sea or pool is available, the sea is lovely and clear and surprisingly warm for a dip too!

A buffet breakfast was included - fresh fruit, pastries and a few warm options. Omelettes etc cooked on requests and all lovely. We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant and again the quality was great.

This adult focused hotel really has one of the most beautiful outlooks over a bay and nearby islands, it is truly spectacular at sunset - a very romantic location and atmosphere! One of our very favourite holiday destinations, and just as amazing 10 years later!

One point to note - Access is down quite a narrow one way road, and parking is tight so just something to be aware of if driving to get there!

Just returned from a six night stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in room 107 which had amazing sea views. The staff at the hotel were so helpful, polite and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and plenty of choice we loved the fresh fruit and yoghurt. We ate in the restaurant on 3 evenings and had lunch here and we enjoyed every dish. We have already recommended to our friends and would definitely stay again.

Hotel Lukka Exclusive is without a doubt the best place to stay in Kaş. What sets it apart is not just the stunning surroundings, beautifully appointed rooms, and breathtaking views, but also the incredible level of service provided by the entire staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

We also liked the restaurant very much. We highly recommend trying one of the pasta dishes, crafted with a true Italian touch thanks to the chef’s background. The cocktails by Ömer are of outstanding quality, well balanced, refined, and clearly made with craftsmanship.

The overall atmosphere is peaceful and serene, perfect for a truly relaxing vacation. There are plenty of sun loungers available both by the sea and the pool, so there’s never a need to rush or reserve a spot. Rooms are spotless and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the hotel’s sustainable approach, with housekeeping done on request, therefore you’re never woken up unexpectedly as well.
We stayed in the King Suite and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. The experience, comfort, and views were simply unforgettable.

The other guests were friendly and respectful, a pleasant mix of European travelers and Turkish locals.
Do note that the hotel is located a bit outside the town center. We recommend renting a scooter to easily explore Kaş and the surroundings. Alternatively, a taxi to or from the center costs around 350 lira per ride.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Lukka Exclusive to anyone visiting Kaş. A perfect blend of luxury, service, and tranquility.

Ery modern property, covered in stone pavement, clean, staff is so friendly, service is so nice, park g is handled by staff, valet bc there is no a lot of space but they are so organized!

An Unforgettable Stay at Lukka – Exceptional Service from Haran!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Lukka! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, gorgeous accommodations, and breathtaking views. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the service, especially from Haran.

Haran went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. He treated us with such warmth and attentiveness that we truly felt spoiled. Whether it was helping us plan memorable sightseeing adventures or simply checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, his care and dedication were exceptional.

Thanks to Haran’s local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations, we discovered some amazing places we wouldn’t have found on our own.

We can’t recommend Lukka highly enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway with great service, this is the place!

Awesome stay, friendly helpful staff, an incredibly beautiful location.

Overall we really loved our few days stay here. The property is beautifully maintained, spacious and peaceful. The sunbeds and daybeds are super comfy for lounging during the day. The food prepared fresh in the kitchens was amazing and a highlight especially at lunch (we didn't try dinner). The sea access was good although our first days were affected by strong winds which meant that even the lovely pool had strong waves! Please be aware that there are very many steps up and down the property and to the sea platforms, and only a few handrails. As someone with poor eyesight, balance on these steps was a challenge, and they would not suit anyone with mobility issues. The addition of handrails would really improve this property.
The laid back town of Kas is a few miles away so if you don't have a car can be accessed by taxi for around £6 a trip. We have visited Kas before but not stayed here, so enjoyed exploring the inexpensive and good restaurants in town in the evenings. The little amphitheatre just outside town is also worth visiting, specially at sunset, and there are often performers here in the evenings.
Incidentally, we also enjoyed a fabulous day at sea to Kekova on the spacious Grandfather boat, which was extremely good value at £28 each for the day with lunch.
So despite the downsides (see below) we enjoyed our stay here

The downsides: Unfortunately our first impressions were not great as we arrived late after a full day travelling from the UK, and having emailed ahead to ask about getting food, on arrival we were told the restaurant was closed and a shrug from the inexperienced young man on reception whose English was limited. The room was fine, nice sea views and comfy bed but no top sheet, just a very small blanket. The shower was not working properly, and there was absolutely no information in the room about how to call reception, room service etc. (the hotel relies on scanning barcodes for all its menus etc) The windows also needed blackout curtains as the thin voile was not enough to cut out the lights from the lit up pool beneath our room. To be honest I was really disappointed at first especially as this hotel markets itself as 'luxury' and 'exclusive'. Many of the staff at the hotel were great, spoke good English and were helpful, but the front of house staff needs improvement in such an upmarket establishment. After 12 hours travelling it would have been nice to have had a welcome drink, and a wrap and salad could easily have been put in our room to save us going to bed hungry!

The location is amazing and the swimming area is beautiful. My room was excellent. Overall the stay was great. Two cons….
1. They couldn’t organize my massage. Guy said he would come back and let me know and never did.
2. Huge tub in my room was cool looking but the hot water stops half way before filled.
Overall, the hotel experience was great but wish I could say it was perfect.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in Kas. Stunning hotel with amazing views. Breakfast was great, the lounge chairs by the water were very comfortable. The service was pretty solid. Kas was overall a lovely place to end our weeklong Turkey vacation, and we are glad we stayed at Lukka.

A picturesque view with a satisfying enough package of food and drinks available on demand.

The view, the beach club and the pool were the real stars of the show, aswell as a beautiful ocean to cool down in, in the heat of the day.

The room was satisfactory and the room cleaning was also acceptable, on top of this the price for everything was more than fair.

My only point I would raise is that sometimes the language barrier and lack of on hand staff meant that you were left waiting for your order for a long time, and this is my only reason for deducting to 4/5.

All in all a great holiday spot and probably one of the best on the peninsula in Kaş!

Amazing paradise this place is. We had a perfect view of the water perfect for sunset viewing. The staff were courteous and helpful. They treat their guests as family. They park our cars each time we are back to the hotel. Breakfast food generous. Rooms and amenities (pool, bars, sun bathing area) immaculately clean. Wellness center service fabulous. Definitely recommend this place.
