Cons:

Podczas pobytu nie był dostępny basen. Niestety informacja o tym nie była udostępniona do mojej wiadomości w dniu rezerwacji pomimo iż w tym terminie był już nieczynny.
Pomimo zgłoszeń do booking problem nie został rozwiązany. Zapłaciłam 100% ceny za ograniczoną dostępność udogodnień
Pan z obsługi arogancji i sugerujący, że to moja wina bo nie potrafię czytać.

Cons:

Podczas pobytu była awaria windy która nie została naprawiona. Ogólnie nie ma się do czego doczepić. Pobyt był udany.

Pokój który otrzymaliśmy nie był taki jak te na zdjęciach. Obsługa w recepcji fatalna. Pani, która zapisywała osoby ze śniadania też tragedia i zero organizacji. Jak się nie ma pustych stolików to się nie wpuszcza ludzi, którzy się pchają jak szaleni na śniadanie.
