A great room, but staff sadly lacking
Pros:

Our room exceeded our expectations. It was very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The female receptionist was really rude on our arrival. She definitely needs some customer service training. We were kept waiting outside for several minutes, along with 2 other groups checking in, until she decided to open the door. She had obviously seen that we were waiting. Once inside, she completely ignored us again for several minutes before she decided to look up from her computer. No hello. No smile. No welcome. She would be better doing a different job.

Pros:

Şehrin tam merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafende çok konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Özellikle gece Barselona'dan ulaşımımız konusunda otelle iletişime geçtiğimizde çok yardımcı oldular ve bizi yönlendirdiler. Ve gece check-in yapmamız konusunda da hiç bir problem olmadı. Özetle her şeyden çok memnun kaldık🩷

Pros:

Super convenient location and generally great facilities. The luggage lockers were handy for our departure day. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was exceptionally small and hard to move around, ok for one night but it would have been annoying for a longer stay. The windows cities be better glazed to cut down on the traffic noise, especially at such a busy junction. The bed seemed shorter than standard as well - not ideal for my 6'6" partner...

Pros:

De lokatie is fantastisch! De kamer is praktisch. Een heerlijke douche, lekkere bedden. Koffie en thee. Iedere dag schoonmaak.
Station, nieuwe en oude stad op loopafstand. Koffie-tentjes, ontbijt overkant van de straat.
Met een persoonlijke code doe je de voordeur en je kamer open.

Dir que m'ha agradat el servei quan el que pago és el servei sembla absurd.
