Great stay in St. Gallen.

Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, konnten bereits am Mittag das Zimmer beziehen und erhielten viele Tipps für St. Gallen. Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist sehr modern. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Liked: Location, breakfast at The Pinch next store, the place was clean.

Disliked: The room and hotel lobby looked nothing like the pictures. Our room was plain and ugly and uncomfortable. Parking is stacked and you have to give your keys to the front desk (not as advertised). Service carts left in the hallways all night. It felt like the staff had given up making the place seem nice in the time of COVID and low occupancy. This should be rated as a 1 star or 2 star hotel. We checked out a night early partly due to the disappointment in the room. There was a mistake in the charge, and the hotel promised to refund the money. So far, it has not come through and multiple attempts to contact them have yielded silence. Very disappointed honestly.
