Lovely stay in comfortable room
Pros:

Our room was fabulous, loved that it had a seating area as well as access to the garden. Was within walking distance of the centre of Brugge.

Cons:

Nothing. Request we made was actioned swiftly. We could not get television to work, nor understand instructions but was not a real issue as weather was lovely and sat outside when we could.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Brügge
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Dreier- und ein Einzelzimmer, beide renoviert und sauber und sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, knapp 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Personal war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit (ich hatte mein Ladekabel zu Hause vergessen und man hat mir eins geliehen und mich tatkräftig unterstützt). Das Frühstück war sehr lecker (im sehr schönen Hotel gegenüber).

Dünya'nın bir çok ülkesinde konakladık ancak ilk defa bu kadar kötü hizmet veren, ilgisiz, asık suratlı ve işi zorlaştıran ismi Shilea olan bir resepsiyon görevlisi ile muhattap olmak zotunda kaldık. Asla kimseye tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Pros:

La struttura storica, è accogliente e fornita dell'indispensabile.
Check in in presenza dello staff molto veloce.
È vicina alla piazza principale e consente di muoversi tranquillamente a piedi. Un po' distante dalla stazione se si hanno molti bagagli, ma un percorso fattibile con un semplice trolley in 20 - 30 minuti di Camminata.
E presente come supporto il personale dell'hotel di fronte, in cui la mattina viene servita un'ottima e sostanziosa colazione internazionale.
Le camere pulite e dotate di tutto.
Essendo una struttura storica, la nostra camera si trovava in cima ed è stato necessario fare diverse rampe di scale molto ripide. Per noi non è stato un problema ma consiglio di rivolgersi al personale, all'atto della prenotazione, per richiedere stanze più in basso in caso di problemi di o presenza di bambini etc perchè Non è presente l'ascensore.
