Banyomuzdaki su gideri çok iyi çalışmıyordu. Havluların üstünde lekeler vardı. En önemlisi odamız bahçe katında bulunuyordu sabah odadan çıkmak istediğimizde bahçede bulunan cam kapının kilitli olduğunu fark ettik ve 30 dk birinin gelip cam kapıyı açmasını bekledik. Acil bir durum anında bu cam kapının kilitli olduğunu düşünemiyorum. Otelde resepsiyon olmadığı içinde 30 dk sonunda ancak kendi imkanlarımızla çıkabildik. Hiçbir otel çalışanın ruhu bile duymadı. Daha sonra bu yaşadığımız olayı resepsiyondaki görevliye anlattığımızda onun yapmadığını kimin yaptığını bilmediğini söyleyip bizi geçiştirdi ve ilgilenmedi. Son derece çalışanlar ilgisiz ve soğuk davrandılar. Böylesine bir hatayı telafi bile etmeye çalışmadılar.

The worst so-called hotel I have ever seen, as a hostel (if it was at a hostel price) I would prefer, but it says it is

This is NOT A HOTEL but a HOSTEL as of MAY 2026! they have no AC (but a ventilator from 90s in 30C degree in 2026!) no REFRIGERATOR, no RECEPTION no BREAKFAST HALL in itself; you have to pass across the street to have these!

Cons:

This place is an annex building with no one working, no refrigerator, no AC, no reception etc, you have to pass across the street to have breakfast etc, this is not A HOTEL BUT A HOSTEL!

A disappointing choice of accommodation in a beautiful area
Pros:

Nice breakfast and staff in the dining room.
Peaceful location away from touristy area.
Good shower pressure.

Cons:

No air conditioning and windows were difficult to have open with curtains closed, therefore room was too hot at night.

Our door was open one evening when we returned from a day out. We had closed it that morning. Perhaps left open by a cleaner? This worried us!

No clean towels were given until our 4th night (even though we asked for them earlier).

Das Hotel Asiris in Brügge hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Brügge bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch konnte man die Stadt ganz entspannt erkunden.

Das Hotel selbst hat einen charmanten und gemütlichen Charakter. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und angenehm eingerichtet. Besonders schön war die ruhige Atmosphäre, wodurch man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde sehr nett empfangen und bekam jederzeit Unterstützung oder hilfreiche Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Brügge.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll vorbereitet, mit einer guten Auswahl für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag.

Insgesamt ein sehr sympathisches Hotel mit tollem Service und idealer Lage. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten und kann das Hotel Asiris in Brügge klar weiterempfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in Brügge
Pros:

Gute Verkehrsanbindung ins Centrum.
Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Kein Föhn im Bad. Haare waschen nicht möglich.
Unsere Koffer mussten wir in den 3. Stock schleppen , da es keinen Lift gab.
