Central location, kind and helpful staffs. Good stay.
Perfect central location, right in the centre of the main square. The window looked out onto the square so that I could see both the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The bed was very comfy with super soft pillows . The room was cosy and warm , which was perfect as the evenings in Granada during March were quite cold.
Because of the location it was noisy even into the early hours of the morning,which might bother some people.
We loved U Sense Granada! It was in a fantastic location! We were able to walk everywhere and see everything! Great restaurants and bars all around! Great and helpful staff!

Room was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, close to the main attractions and the hotel staff can call for taxi if you want to go further. They also have a very nice little rooftop with great city views which I really recommend to visit if you are staying there.
They only provide a single bottle which was shampoo and body wash, no conditioner so my hair was a bit dry after a shower. I asked the staff in advance if they provide laundry service and they told me they contract with a company and do laundry for 30 euros per bag. When I got there I found out that they only do laundry on weekdays and I was only staying for the weekend so I couldn’t get my laundry done. I wish they would’ve told me that sooner.
Staff extremely friendly. Excellent location on plaza near the cathedral. Lovely communal terrace overlooking plaza. Quiet considering location, although you could hear neighboring guests.
I would not recommend the Breakfast- very little there. Could not get a decent cup of coffee. Room very small, even by European standards, not even a chair.

Location by plaza
Fantastic location in the heart of the city, highly recommend requesting room 502 for the beautiful views of Alhambra and the Cathedral. The room was spacious, airconditioning and wifi worked well, exactly like the photos.
Staff were kind enough to let us check in early and gave better advice on where to go around the city than what we got from the official tourism office. Will be recommending this hotel to any of our family or friends coming to Granada.

The location was amazing- and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is right in the centre of Granada in a bustling square near the cathedral. There are lots of bars and restaurants around it. The hotel has a quiet roof-top terrace for use by residents only. It has great views. It is the second time I have stayed there and I will stay there again. The price is excellent for a city centre hotel, the breakfast is good and the hosts are very helpful.

The property is in a great location and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. The room was spotless and well cared for. It was the perfect location to explore the city. However, noise coming from other rooms is an issue. We were able to hear every movement of our neighbours but this wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!
