Pros:

Nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans cet établissement car il n’y avait personne à l’accueil !
La réservation avait été validée depuis 3 semaines, l’hôtel étais ouvert mais personne à la réception !
Nous avons du changer d’établissement !
Incroyable !!!

Pros:

Alles gut… bis auf der Garten… etwas unaufgeräumt und Aschenbecher voll

Cons:

Kaffee auf Anfrage gab es, aber die Bedienung hat ganz unschön und laut nachgefragt, ob wir den vorigen schon ausgetrunken hätten 🤨

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Tische hatten Stofftischdecken und es war eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum.
Beim Einchecken wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und mir wurden Infos für Magdeburg gegeben.
Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb der City, diese konnte ich zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichen. Sollte ich nochmal in Magdeburg übernachten, dann nur im Hotel Joop.

Sehr hilfsbereit und nett mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und schönen Zimmern.
Pros:

Frau Schwarz in der Rezeption hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert und uns sehr geholfen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt in einem sehr schönen Altbauwohngebiet. Schönes Zimmer, gute Betten - ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, genau wie das Personal.
Die Lage war perfekt, die Umgebung sehr schön!

Cons:

Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen. Letzendlich ging es aber auch so.

Gediegenes schönes Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Heller, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das ansonsten gute Frühstück hätte durch eine Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten (z.B. Cappuccino oder Espresso) und etwas süßem Gebäck (z.B. Croissants/Kuchen) noch getoppt werden können.

Klein und familiär, das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Baustellen-Situation in Magdeburg ist katastrophal. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Man kommt nur über Umwege in die Innenstadt.

Pros:

Ich war mit den Fahrrad auf dem Elberadweg unterwegs. Da stellt sich immer die Frage nach der Einstellmöglichkeit. Das ist hier hervorragend: Ein Garageneingang von der Seite. Die Garage ist jederzeit von innen per Fahrstuhl erreichbar.
Das Personal ist super nett. Und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Willowa okolica. Muła obsługa, czystość w pokojach i smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Niestety mój pokój miał okno w stronę torów kolejowych. Słychać było alarm przed przejazdem pociągu bardziej niż sam przejazd. Trzeba spać przy zamkniętym oknie niestety.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Gute ruhige Lage, schöne Zimmer gutes Frühstück , sehr nettes Personal,Matratzen auch gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Entfernung bei Aldi oder Alwana Kiosk

Cons:

Mir fällt nichts ein, vielleicht der Fernseher im Einzelzimmer könnte bisschen größer sein.
