Please note that the following spa facilities are available upon request and at an extra cost: Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower, sunlamps, swimming pool, massages and treatments.

It is mandatory to use bathrobes, bathcaps and slippers in the pool area and in the spa. These can be rented on site at an extra cost.

Guests under the age of 16 can access the spa only accompanied by an adult, from 9:00 until 10:00 and from 15:00 until 17:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Atteggiamento scortese. Tralasciando il fatto che almeno un sorriso sarebbe stato carino al check in, abbiamo segnalato in anticipo l’assenza di una persona che non sarebbe potuta venire con noi in viaggio, non chiedendo il rimborso ma semplicemente proponendo un cambio stanza per non occupare una tripla inutilmente. La risposta è stata che non potevano fare rimborsi. E chi te l’ha chiesto ?!
Arriviamo in camera lasciamo gli zaini e usciamo subito a fare un giro, rientriamo e scopriamo, ormai alle 2 di notte, la porta del bagno sporca di fluidi umani non ben identificati. In un altra camera per usare la doccia c’è bisogno delle istruzioni, non basta aprire i rubinetti, devi schiacciare anche un pulsante che sembra più di emergenza che per l’acqua. Basterebbe un indicazione in più. In 3 camere prenotate abbiamo avuto le stesse problematiche, acqua che non va oltre al tiepido e letti che sembrano fatti di cartone da quanto sono rigidi. Dopo aver segnalato le cose alla reception abbiamo notato che non eravamo le uniche a dichiarare i disagi passati. Mi dispiace veramente essermi trovata così male, perché avevamo avuto una bella esperienza 4 anni fa. La cosa più brutta è stata sentire le persone a cui ho proposto l’hotel, lodando le caratteristiche, che mi chiedevano: “ ma dove ci hai portato?”. Un vero peccato e che figura di m*.

Albergo bello e accogliente in ottima posizione
