Nice stay, close to Roma Termini, walkable. No AC but fan provided

This property provided an economical night's stay for my brief stopover in Rome. The location is a convenient walk from Termini Station. The staff was friendly, and check in easy. My room was clean and comfortable, and all I had to do was step out the door of the hotel to be on my way exploring Rome. This property provided just what I needed.

Recepcionista da noite muito simpático, hotel limpo, apenas a tomada de um lado da cama não funcionava e a porta do banheiro emperrava.

Staff was kind and they are there 24/7. They stored our luggage safely. Room was good with air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and fresh towels every morning. Great hotel!

You have to share a bathroom which wasn’t very clear on the advertisement. Fortunately it was clean & there was no other people using it at the time

The location is great, it’s clean, it’s very basic accommodations, but suited our needs.

Muito bem localizado e limpo. Ótimo custo benefício. Não oferecem café da manhã mas tem um cafezinho grátis pela manhã que foi muito bom. Recomendo.

Me gusto mucho, tiene lo necesario para estar unos días, un poquito de ruido por el elevador pero en general la gente que atiende excelente y sirve para descansar.

AC didn’t work. Room was very small. Elevator was even smaller. Sometimes you couldn’t get back in because the manager had gone somewhere and locked the door.

Booking stated it was a room with private bathroom, when we arrived we found out it was a shared bathroom.

Adequate lodging close to train station. Smallest and most ancient elevator I’ve ever seen- but it worked just fine! I was charmed 😊

We had a very pleasant stay at the Mosaic Hotel in Rome! Considering the price we were quite surprised in a very good way actually. We had read reviews about lack of cleaning, no hot water and mold, so we were pretty pleased to meet kind receptionists, see our room which was spacey with several furniture, a small entrance and a cute bathroom. The cleaning staff even changed towels and made the bed every day - which we wouldn’t necessarily expect from a hotel in this class. When we go back to Rome we’ll definitely consider coming back here! If we were to mention something that would’ve been good it would be a working air con 😂 We spent Easter in Rome and we’d dread the room temperature if it had been in summer time.. We had to keep the windows open which was very annoying during night because of noise from the street (we lived at first floor facing the street).

The water of the shower was cold. The place is clean and near of the terminal of train

Awful beds. A thousand ants as soon as we walked in. Front desk guy didn’t not care and handed us a bottle of cleaner to kill them ourselves.

O hotel está bem localizado, da para ir a pé da estação de trem de Roma. Demos azar, pois a fachada estava sendo restaurada e assim não era possível abrir a janela do quarto

Esperienza nel complesso positiva dai ragazzi ad accoglierti alla zona comoda essendo vicino alla stazione Termini e alla metro, zona anche sicura essendo zona di ambasciate quindi con l'esercito sempre in zona
