Bom hotel, mas desta vez o barulho atrapalhou.
Pros:

Já nos hospedamos aqui diversas vezes e o hotel continua sendo uma excelente escolha em São Luís. As camas são extremamente confortáveis, o quarto é espaçoso e a vista para o mar é muito bonita. O buffet de café da manhã é sempre espetacular e o atendimento da equipe é muito profissional e amigável.

Cons:

Infelizmente, esta estadia teve contratempos. O lobby estava em reforma, o que tornou as entradas e saídas menos agradáveis. Porém, o maior problema foi o barulho. O ar-condicionado do quarto estava muito mais barulhento que o normal. Além disso, tivemos vizinhos extremamente barulhentos que ouviam música e gritavam/cantavam alto por mais de um dia. Ligamos várias vezes para a recepção; eles entravam em contato com o quarto ao lado (conseguíamos ouvir o telefone tocando pela parede), o barulho parava por 30 minutos e depois recomeçava. No fim, a única solução para conseguirmos dormir foi usar protetores auriculares. Foi frustrante, pois o problema persistiu mesmo após várias reclamações.

Muito boa, principalmente, se implementadas as oportunidades de melhoria.
Pros:

Atendimentos dos colaboradores, tanto da recepção quanto bar e restaurante. São atenciosos e procuram fazer de tudo para deixar o cliente satisfeito.
Quartos com espaço físico e vista muito bons!

Cons:

Me hospedo com certa frequência no Luzeiros (desde 2024, inclusive em 2025 passava alguns fins de semana) e tenho observado que alguns quartos estão necessitando de reforma (ar condicionado, iluminação, bancada de trabalho....), incluindo lavagem ou troca das cortinas.
