Funcionários gentis, bom café da manhã.

Cons:

O hotel é antigo, precisa de modernização. A maresia deixa uma umidade terrível para quem é alérgico, melhor não ir. Só 2 elevadores para mais de 200 suítes em semana de feriados e show internacional ficou complicado. Vão instalar outro, que bom.

Ambiente calmo, acolhedor, limpo, organizado, excelente atendimento, sem falar na vista maravilhosa de todos os ângulos do hotel, inclusive a decoração, com certeza voltarei.

Cons:

Achei que só faltou um pouco de organização na distribuição das mesas no café da manhã, muitas mesas juntas que acabou culminando em uma quantidade de pessoas em pé, sem lugar para sentar, mas o café da manhã é excelente, muito bem servido, muita variedade.
