Eu gostei. Fiquei 2x . Porém na primeira , me deram um quarto com acessibilidade, embora eu não necessite com cheiro bem ruim de esgoto . Mesmo tendo feito a reserva há 1 mês , recebi um quarto ruim. Na 2 vez o quarto era ótimo.

Wie dieses Hotel 5 Sterne bekommen hat können wir uns nicht erklären. International müsste es um den 4. Stern bangen. Abgenutzte Ausstattung, ein schmutziges und veraltetes Bad, Balkontüren aus den 80ern... der absolute Tiefpunk war als die etwas beleibtere Dame A.... am Empfang der Rezeption, mit ihrem ersten Satz, mich indirekt als S..touristen und meine Frau als das entsprechende Gegenstück bezeichnete. Auf Rückfragen dazu antwortete Sie nicht. Meine Frau hat verhindert, dass ich den Geschäftsführer verlangt habe. Eigentlich müsste der darin geäusserte Rassismus verfolgt werden. Die anderen Mitarbeiter der Rezeption die wir kennen lernen durften verstehen Englisch nur Hände und Müssen. Bemerkenswert ist, wie viele Poster vor uns geschrieben haben, dass die 3 Lifte nie gleichzeitig funktioniert... mindestens einer war bei uns auch kaputt. Man verbringt unnötig viel Zeit damit auf den Lift zu warten. Dieses Hotel hat strukturelle Probleme und wir werden es nicht mehr buchen!

Horrible Mold Smell
Pros:

Nothing much, not bad breakfast

Cons:

The all Hotel and especially the rooms had an intense mold and humidity odor.
Our clothes got impregnated with this horrible smell, and above all it proves the existence of fungus.
We know it is a hot and rather humid area, but still this is not an acceptable excuse, this should not happen in any hotel.

Sempre ficamos neste hotel quando estamos em São Luís é o melhorzinho! A camareira Francinilde foi a pessoa mais amável do hotel! E a vista do quarto é simplesmente maravilhosa!

De tudo. Piscina e restaurante maravilhosos. Acho que é o melhor de São Luís.

Cons:

Só de precisar pagar estacionamento, mas entendo a necessidade, além do preço não ser exorbitante, e tem o conforto de parar na porta de entrada e o manobrista cuidar de estacionar ou buscar seu carro.

Quanto muito úmido, 312, con cheiro muito ruim. Poucos elevadores - um não funcionava- mais de uma vez desci e subi pelas escadas. Preço alto pelo que oferece.
