I recommend this hotel for a nice comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable bed. Nice walk in shower. Enjoyed having a couch with a little table that I could put my food food and drink on. Great location surrounded by tons of restaurants and 2 coffee shops near by

Room was fine but the staff never performed normal duties.
Pros:

Room was large and quiet.

Cons:

The staff never changed the linens or towels, never provided and replacement towels, never cleaned the room or emptied the trash containers.
Not much of a breakfast selection.

I wasn’t happy with Booking.com or Hampton Inn! I’m not sure where the mistake was made.
Pros:

Breakfast was very boring. They need to add something to make it a pleasure to look forward to instead of a dull, uncreative experience. Yucky scrambled eggs, bland sausages, cereal, bagels, underripe bananas. Same old, same old.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I paid for two rooms and they only had me reserved for one room. They didn’t accept my validations for a receipt and confirmation numbers. I had to pay for another room! I need a refund from your company to compensate for them not having the correct reservation information. Please refund the cost of one room. Thank you

Too many to mention. Dead ants, no sofa bed, carpets were not clean upon arrival, dirty bathroom, running toilet.... As I write this I'm waiting on a response from booking.com and Hampton Inn regarding my stay. Four days after departure and still no resolution although it is the holidays.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE
Pros:

DO NOT EVER STAY @ Hampton Inn & Suites Saginaw, MI!!! Worst hotel ever. Worst customer service ever! Called Hilton guest services to complain! Had to call back 5 times with no resolution. They offered me a free night!! 🤣 Like I’ll ever stay there again. Stayed from a Friday-Sunday. NO HOT WATER!! Promised it would be fixed Saturday, it was not. They wanted to offer me $40 even though I had 3 rooms booked for family.

Included are pics of our room:
-2 rooms had broken sinks
-broken toilet handle, toilet paper dispenser and disabled smoke alarm in 1 room!!!
Isn’t that against THE LAW! 🤔

Stay away from this hotel chain friends! They have to change their 100% satisfaction to a big fat ZERO !
