I really loved the position and it was a lovely apartment but it was a little getting a little tired, the lack of comfy

Positive right in front the beach, the place was very clean and housekeeping were on the ball.
We will be back

Cons:

Sofas were not comfortable or big enough, the place was for up to 6 people and there was 2 adults and a child and they were filled and again only 2 sun loungers outside and a two seated jacuzzi, which also had broken bits. The fridge freezer had seen better days as had trays missing and didn’t look very appealing.
The place was starting to look tired and maintenance corners had been cut which let it down .

Fabulous location with lovely sea views.
Pros:

Great location, with fabulous views over the ocean (we had an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment). Beach just a few metres away, Treaty grounds an easy 10 min stroll away. Worth noting that this accommodation is just around the headland from the Piahia wharf, main area of cafes, bars and shops. This means it is a little less convenient to those things, but on the other hand is more peaceful. On the plus side, its just a minute by car, or a less than 2 min walk, to the Paihia Woolworths supermarket.

Cons:

Nothing really. Note that car parking is tight, and limited to one vehicle per unit.

Pros:

This little apartment was one of the best equipped rooms we have stayed in. It was clean and the view was GORGEOUS!!! The man who checked us in shared lots of information about the wildlife and history of the area. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Disappointed and certainly would not recommend for the price

View from balcony but could not take advantage due to weather

Cons:

For costing almost $2000 nz for 3 nights I expected a little more . When we arrived terrible smell in bathroom which manager got rid of . 2nd bathroom the toilet seat was no secure and I accidentally pulled up stopper in sink and but was black with filth. Tissues in that bathroom would have been nice abd wouldn’t hurt to have had some lotion . The washing machine was dirty behind the gasket and when I pulled back my sheets there were blood spots and it wasn’t from me . It just seemed like it was going downhill and no one cared. The parking was a nightmare. Very very disappointing.

Lovely apartment with gorgeous ocean views.
Pros:

The spacious apartment with a gorgeous ocean view from the living area and master bedroom was a perfect for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The staff were friendly and efficient. Town was about a 15 minute walk along the beach .

A beautiful place to stay with wonderful views of the harbour.
Pros:

The property was very clean, had an excellent view over the harbour with great morning sun on the patio. It is well located to be able to walk to either the Waitangi Treaty grounds or to the restaurant and shops of Paihia.
