Pros:

Location is great. Close to beach and Waitangi treaty grounds.
Our apartment was well appointed and cosy. Really nice views of the sea.

Cons:

Heater was a bit noisy but wouldn't be needed for other months of the year. Heat pump would be better perhaps but cost higher to install of course Bedroom was quite small so no where to put luggage but not problem l for us but would imagine other guests would probably find it a little frustrating.

Prachtige locatie en uitzicht
Pros:

Wat een uitzicht, prachtig apparement met rondom uitzicht naar Russel en Waitangi. Ook makkelijk naar Paihia haven of Waitangi lopen. Of zelfs om de hoek boodschappen doen. En natuurlijk savonds in het bubbelbad en kijken naar sterren.

Cons:

Sommige dingen in het appartement waren wat gedateerd: koelkast kan vernieuwd worden en kastdeur in de hoofdslaapkamer was kapot.

Peaceful Paradise
Pros:

Everything , it was spotless, modern, kitchen was amazingly well stocked with quality goods. Lovely fluffy towels, good size bathrooms and that view, wow! We loved it so much we were able to stay an extra night. Beautifully presented and the staff were friendly and came in each day to empty rubbish and fresh towels if needed. Good position could walk to shops including a Woolies but just a 3 min drive to the main town with restaurants etc and access tothe passenger ferry to Russell. Right across the road is the beach. Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony just soaking up the view.

Amazing stay - great location and well equipped apartment. Will definitely stay again
Pros:

The property is close to town, close to Waitangi, right across the road from the beach and has a little superette nice and close for essentials. The apartment we had was amazing - beautiful views across the water and a spa - we absolutely loved it and will definitely be back to enjoy it again in winter. Apartment was well equipped, warm, clean and with heaps of space.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

It was just what I was looking for. A relaxing weekend getaway to relax and rewind and that’s what I got. Amazing place

Pros:

Great location, despite others' comments re parking being difficult, we found it fine (1 bay per unit at the door & plenty of street parking if needed more than 1 car - granted, needed to walk up steep driveway if more than 1 car).

Defiantly a lovely place to have a short winter break.
Pros:

Great location, nice and quiet with beautiful ocean views. Easy walk into the town area. The fluffy bathrobes were a bonus and was lovely to relax in the private spa looking out at the Sea and the Bays lights.
