Pros:

Hotel bien situé au calme. Tres bon petit dejeuner. Pour Singapour les tarifs sont corrects. Petite piscine pour se detendre. Plutot souples pour les horaires darrivee.

Cons:

Difficile davoir une reponse lorsquon les contacte par booking. Chambres un peu petites

La cordialità dello Staff. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una camera e si sono subito fatti in quattro per risolverlo.

Pros:

Ubicación céntrica y tranquila, con varios medios de transporte próximos. La piscina es suficientemente grande para nadar y nunca está muy llena.

Noisy hotel, in the middle of nowhere
Pros:

The hotel is near Rochor MRT station and Bugis MRT station. Bugis MRT station is harder to find right now due to obstacles in the surrounding area.

There are rooms available on last minute booking

Cons:

The guests are noisy, and the doors are hard to close, making a loud noise when they do.

There are limited comfortable places to eat nearby.

Supper noisy hotel!
Pros:

Prior to my arrival I had requested a quiet room on a high floor away from the pool. The room allocated to me was on the 5th floor only (there were 10 floors) and the floor right above the pool and facing the pool! I asked for a different room and was told the hotel was sold out so no other room was available. The check in digital key was never sent to me so what was the point of checking in online when I never got the digital key and had to check in upon arrival anyway??? The room had no net curtains, tiny room and tiny bathroom. Typical for the Ibis hotels. Tiny shower room as well. I could hear when the person next door showered at midnight. It woke me up. There was a strong smell of gas outside the building one night. The rates were very high for what was offered. £95 pn to stay in a small uncomfortable super noisy room. Many group of guests were there.

Cons:

The hallway was super noisy. Lots of rooms and all the doors were slamming constantly and guests were shouting from one end of the hallway to the other early in the morning. The first day I had hung the sign up asking for the room to be cleaned. When I got back at 4:30 PM the room had not been cleaned. I then had to go to the reception and tell them. The hotel was very clean and so was my room but the noise was too much for me. Only one elevator was working while the other one was being repaired. Only 4 hangers in the room for 2 people. The only good thing about this place was the fridge in the room and the location by the metro. The second day I was offered a room on the 9th floor. Super busy hallway again but higher up from the very noisy pool. However, the new room was facing the pool on the other side belonging to the hotel across the street. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Overall a very bad 4 days in this hotel and I shall not return to this hotel.

Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff.
Housekeeping remembered the amenities we requested and they replenished them daily.

The rooms were small and expensive but they were clean and comfortable.
