Friendly but unexpected charges
Pros:

The staff was amazing! Every single person we met was so nice and helpful! The room was very large and the beds were comfy. The breakfast offered multiple options to choose from and was the best part of our stay!

Cons:

I didn't like that I was charged an extra $25 on a different card for "incidentals" when I arrived when nothing on the booking page said anything about an additional charge. I was torn between two different hotels and landed on this one even though it was a little more expensive. I would not have picked this hotel had I known it was going to be THAT much more.

Nice stay
Pros:

The rooms were not sound proof enough.
A family was sitting outside & loud past midnight and you could hear it in my room even with the a/c on.
Then you could hear everything going on in the hall- kids were running around, adults were loud.
We did have to ask for the heat to be turned on for the “heated pool”. It takes a long time to heat up.
