Pros:

. The only saving grace was a room cleaner who went out of his way to help. His attitude should be used to train the front of house receptionists. They are the face of the business and when exhausted travellers arrive they need to be super nice and helpful …

Good size bed.
Nice bathroom,but ,see negatives

Cons:

Asked for a room on the quiet side, not accommodated.
Shower door did not close properly water spilt onto the floor.
Toilet flush not working,as kept on filling up.So had to work out how to fix it.
Plug for the kettle would not fit into the nearest socket.

Great location
Pros:

Always use this hotel when flying early from Newcastle airport. Good staff and a very short walk to terminal make it a great choice.

The room was nice and spacious and decor was fab. Staff also friendly
I would definitely stay here again

Cons:

The bathroom taps were a nut awkward. When used the water gets everywhere. Soap dispensers too far away from taps.
