We could park foe free for a few hours when we had visitors

The layout of the bathroom, sounds odd but badly planned
We had told them it was our wedding day and they said they would do something, and didn’t.
The room was attractive and comfortable, and the staff friendly, professional and welcoming.
Nothing I didn't like. I was apprehensive as I had spent the previous two nights at the Sunderland Hilton where I had been disappointed.

Food choice was poor
We wanted to relax with a drink and food. The bar was full to bursting but there was only one bartender serving. It took 20mins 4 3 drinks and that food would be 1hr +. Better service in w spoons.

This hotel is perfect for an early flight for our holiday, we had a lovely meal all staff were very professional and the room was very comfortable

The location and the rooms were excellent .
The restaurant was a bit expensive and the menu could have more options.
It was convenient location with decent parking and staff were friendly and helpful.
It wasn’t easy to navigate the hotel info even using QR codes. We couldn’t find out where breakfast was served and we couldn’t find any vending machines to buy juice/bottled water. The parking charges are also high if only staying overnight.
