À l’arrivée, il a fallu se battre pour avoir un lit double alors que je l’avais commandé en supplément dans ma commande
Il n’y avait pas de papier dans la boîte à papier
La boîte qui est enfermée les deux verre était dégueulasse vraiment pas du tout lavé
L’eau du lavabo de la salle de bain couler directement sur le sol
Il y avait Des crottes de souris autour des évacuations de la salle de bain
Pas de parking privé disponible pour le scooter que nous avions loué, alors que le stipule le détail des avantages de l’hôtel, il nous le faisait garer directement dans le hall de l’hôtel.
Une clim ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai prévenu l’accueil de notre arrivée, ils m’ont dit qu’ils envoyaient un technicien.
Le soir dès notre entrée à l’hôtel, j’ai fait remarquer que la clim ne fonctionnait toujours pas.
Le lendemain matin avant de partir, je leur ai fait rappeler que la clim ne marchait toujours pas et quand nous sommes rentrés le soir, le patron m’a dit qu’il avait fait le nécessaire qu’il fallait que je regarde si cela me convenait
Comme s’il était trop con pour s’apercevoir que la télécommande était à 17° et que dans la chambre il faisait 40° il fallait que je donne encore mon avis !!!!
Lors de notre départ, paiement par carte, bien sûr, comme il était stipulé dans les détails de l’hôtel, impossible de payer, les deux gamines de 15 ans avec des tronches, plein d’acné, n’arrivait pas à faire marcher le TPE, nous avons attendu une demi-heure avant qu’ils ils appellent leur patron et m’annoncer qu’il fallait que j’aille tirer de l’argent pour payer l’hôtel, vous vous doutez bien que nous avions rendu le scooter, il a donc fallu que je marche à pied pendant 20 minutes pour trouver un distributeur et revenir à l’hôtel pour payer

We didn't like anything.
I booked this hotel because of the walking distance to VET bus station. Our room's floor was dirty when we arrived. The bathroom smells bad. There is no shower, the tube is directly on the bathroom floor. We couldn't wait for our stay to be over. Overall Battampang is not a pretty city, a lot of dust, no proper roads. I would skip a trip here.
It’s crazy cheap, and the rooms are huge! Everything was spotless and really comfortable.
The staff are also amazing, as seems to be the case in all of Cambodia everyone is really friendly and helpful. I thought I’d left my headphones in the room when we checked out and the staff went above and beyond checking the room high and low and even calling me to let me know what was going on. It turns out I’d thrown them in the bottom of my bag in a hurry… but it just shows the kindness of people, I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful!
Also, if you want a tour whilst you’re in Battambang then try and find Mr Dara. He’s the best tour guide we’ve had in SE Asia and he usually hangs around in the centre of town and outside the hotel.

Poor welcome, room was poor, cleanliness was awful, quality of sheets and towels was horrid… stained and grubby, bathroom filthy and smelly. It did not effect what was stated on the website… no restaurant, bar or sun terrace, poor response to complaints. Couldn’t pay by card although it had a visa sign.
Most outdated hotel that needs a complete refurb including the staff!
Friendly staff, clean & comfortable beds, big clean bathroom. Good location for bus stations, one next door, one around the corner.
Terrible stay! Booked for 2 nights and stayed only one night because of bad smell in room, poor maintenance, bad service, bad toilet and nothing good to say about this.

Good budget hotel located in the center of Battambang.
Staff unhelpful and very little interested in their job.
Stayed for one night as part of an organised tour in December 2023.
Our tour guide had made us aware that the hotel was fairly basis but it was only a one night stop, so that didn't really matter much. The hotel is right in the middle of town and the lobby has a very ornate wooden front desk, with some chairs and local artefacts. Check-in was quick and easy and they requested that keys were left at the front desk when you leave the hotel.
Our room was on the second floor and there's no lift so be prepared to carry your cases. The room was a good size for two with ample space for suitcases etc. The beds were fine to sleep on and everything was a bit dated, but clean and functional. There was a wardrobe, desk, small flat screen TV and a fridge. The bathroom was a just a wet room, but the shower worked okay with hot water and okay pressure. We slept okay as the room was fairly quiet and had a fan.
The hotel didn't do breakfast so we got some food from the local market. There's also a very well stocked small supermarket about a 1-2 minute walk away so you can get whatever you need there.
Overall a basic place, but the staff were really friendly and helpful so definitely worth considering for a good value stay.

Excellent staff very impressed
Staff were polite and professional. The room and bed was very clean and comfortable. Fridge, TV, air con and hot water shower all worked well. Very spacious room. A one minute walk to the convenience store and 7 Eleven!
