Cons:

When we arrive we check in , got to the room t.v wouldn't work. They switched us to another room and we had to listen to the toilet run constantly, front desk person (Zach) said they couldn't fix until the next morning.. wow they had no more rooms. Never again will we stay at this location

Overall my stay was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful! And the property was very clean which is HUGE for me!

Manager on duty, Ms Testerman, was great!!

Cons:

The property was very clean but the pool needed a little more upkeep and the bed comforter was stained.

Pros:

The service was really great. The guy at the counter was super nice, I forgot to get his name. When we went to check out Kelli was at the desk and she was amazing!!! I'd forgotten to add my member information when I made the reservation and she reminded me and had did it for me. I appreciate that she took the time to do that for me, without me having to ask. Little things and genuine kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back.

I will be back next year
Pros:

I liked that even when this 72 year old was mistaken about where I stayed last year they went all out to help me see they wanted me to have the best experience at their hotel . I had to eat crow but it was the best place I had stayed they were remodeling so please if you didn’t like that please be understanding they can’t shut down to do that
