There is construction going on which I totally get, but the pool was closed and the weight room was closed, which made no sense.

Very noisy construction in the lobby, which was loud and messy and we weren’t informed about it. Having issues with billing which the hotel said was resolved but it is in-fact not resolved

This Holiday Inn Express is phenomenal from the time I entered the building I felt welcomed it was cleanliness that welcomed me 1st the at the guest service counter was this very guest friendly worker at the Name Amanda she was awesome she welcomed with a smile , the service was amazing this is one of the the best Hotel I have Ever stayed in is very very clean I felt at home thanks for my Stay Holliday inn bossier

Pretty much perfect from staff, to room, to quietness and the very nice curtain set up to black out
Pros:

Super friendly staff as this is very hard to come by these days. I forgot to add my club membership for points, but when checking out the very nice young lady informed me that she had done it for me.
