I have been on crutches on and off the last few weeks and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room because the elevator was broken, after having requested the 1st floor. Nothing good ever comes from booking through expedia! I am requested a one night credit. I can be reached at 813-416-5626

Very close to dining options. The front desk clerk gave excellent advice for supper.

Very convenient location

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. However the hallway getting to the room was really small and it made it quite difficult if you had to use the luggage cart. Additionally the only elevator seemed like it had seen better days and could use some maitenence. Other than that the room was spacious and clean

Overall the property was well kept. The bathroom needs to be updated - the tube and especially the toilet.

Personnel were prompt, polite, & professional.

Sweet lady at the desk gave me a blanket because my husband liked it cooler than I do. Haven’t had food yet but bed is comfortable and clean.

We arrived for our room about 10pm and were greeted by such a vibrant sweet girl at the front desk! She was so fun and welcoming to our family. She had just returned home from her own vacation/honeymoon and told us this was her first shift back.

Breakfast the following morning very good, nice selection.

Loved the clean, quiet outdoor pool! Staff was very attentive. My room and my whole stay in general met completely with what I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Excellent! The only issue is that their website says they have an airport shuttle, which they do not. Thankfully I called ahead to ask and was able to get an Uber.

Great stay.

Trim was falling off bottom of wall in the room. The carpet and bedding, and bathroom were not very clean. The hotel as whole was pretty banged up, and a bit rough looking. We stay at holiday inn express quite often when we travel, and this was by far the most run down and dirty one we have ever stayed at.

While the housekeeping was very kind and professional, the hotel was ran down. The towel hook fell on the floor at my feet, and the tub was pretty beat up and slippery. The breakfast buffet was poor with low quality and quantity. The pool is from 10-10, so you can’t swim in the morning. It’s like someone bought a motel 6 and slapped a different name on it. When I told the front desk they didn’t really care. For the cost, I’d stay somewhere else.

The secluded location of this hotel is a plus! The staff is friendly and professional. We also enjoyed the dining options close enough to walk. The room was clean and spacious…the bathroom flooring needs to be updated; however, the other room updates are very nice.
