Un séjour très agréable dans un hotel confortable et sécurisant.
Pros:

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hotel confortable et très bien situé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et le quarier est très agréable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être servi à partir de 6:30 pour les personnes qui travaillent tôt.

Os funcionários são excelentes! Muito educados e solícitos!

A localização é muito boa, fica a mais ou menos 25 minutos de metrô dos principais pontos turísticos! Da estação de Plaisance até o hotel andando não dá nem 10 minutos.

O café da manhã é bom, é bem gostoso.

O quarto é limpo, os lençóis e toalhas são limpos.

Cons:

O café da manhã, apesar de gostoso, tem pouca variedade e todo dia servem as mesmas coisas. Além disso, a área para tomar o café da manhã é minúscula. Penso que se todos os hóspedes forem tomar café ao mesmo tempo, alguém ficará sem mesa.

O quarto não é muito grande e, na minha opinião é bem feio, apesar de ser muito bem limpo. O banheiro está com a borda da janela carcomida e só tem chuveirinho (não tem chuveiro), mas talvez este ponto seja comum em outros hotéis de Paris. O elevador é muito pequeno.

Em relação ao custo-benefício (e esse é o ponto principal da minha avaliação). Não vale a pena o preço cobrado. Veja, se vc conseguir uma hospedagem de até no máximo 100 euros a diária, eu acho que vale, mas eu paguei muito mais do que isso. O valor que paguei foi, na minha opinião, muito acima de um 3 estrelas, sendo que o hotel é, na verdade, um 3 estrelas bem mediano, então por que cobrar tão caro?

Une adresse à retenir
Pros:

Personnel charmant. Belle surface de la chambre et de la salle de bain propre, déco sympa. Petit déjeuné très bien, salade de fruits et jus de fruits frais, il manquait juste du fromage blanc à mon gout. La salle du petit déjeuner cosy avec de jolis bouquets de fleurs. Ambiance très agréable.

Great place to stay for a short stay in Paris.
Pros:

Nice hotel with Paris flavor. Clean but also great French style atmosphere and welcoming staff. Well positioned close to subway station and nice quiet area away from tourist attraction.
