Il residence si trova adiacente il centro storico di Perugia a cui si può accedere in breve tempo utilizzando anche le scale mobili; si trova in una zona con molti locali per la ristorazione. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve e il condizionatore d'aria è efficiente.
La mancanza di un'ascensore rende problematico il trasporto di trolley pesanti; per chi arriva in auto, adiacenti al residence, ci sono solo parcheggi a pagamento, a 300 mt di distanza si trovano parcheggi liberi ma sono quasi sempre occupati e occorre un po di fortuna e pazienza.
Man merkt, dass diese Unterkunft mit einem Hotel und einigen Apartments (Residence) vorbildlich familiengeführt ist.
Ich war zwei Monate in Perugia, um italienisch zu lernen und habe dort gerne gewohnt.
Jeden Samstag kam der Reinigungstrupp und hat das Bad und die Fußböden gereinigt. Die Inhaber sind sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht und kümmern sich umgehend um Fragen und Anliegen. Z.B. war es doch ziemlich kalt und ich bat um eine 2. Decke, welche innerhalb von Minuten gebracht wurde.
Das Apartment hatte eine eingerichtete Küche und eine Waschmaschine im Bad, was bei diesem langen Aufenthalt gold wert war. Die Einrichtung ist solide und sehr sauber. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr bequem.
Großer Dank an Michele, der geholfen hatte die vielen Koffer ins Zimmer zu bringen. Auch meinen Dank an Paulo, Mario und Carla, die stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.
Die Apartments liegen in verschieden Straßen, aber alle unweit vom Hotel entfernt, so dass immer Ansprechpartner da waren.
Unter der Woche war gut ein kostenloser Parkplatz zu finden, am besten vor der Agrar Universität ca. 200 m entfernt.
Die Lage ist toll, am Rande der historischen Altstadt, bis zur Stadtmitte sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte....alles in unmittelbarer Nähe100-300 m und zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant/Cafe Borgo 206, Corso Cavour ca. 50 m, ein kleines Juwel mit einfachen und sehr guten Gerichten, tollen Weinen und einer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft, zu Luigi und Georgia...da muss man einfach hin.
Ich kenne viele italienische Städte, aber Perugia hat alles getoppt. Soviel Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit. Wärme und Hilfsbereitschaft habe ich in keiner anderen Stadt erlebt. Egal, ob im Supermarkt, im Restaurant, bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten, überall herzliche Freundlichkeit und vor allem: ohne Touristennepp.
Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Mein Apartment war in der Viale S. Anna. Unterhalb der Steintreppen in dieser Gasse verläuft die Viale Roma. Da hört man den Verkehr bis ca. 23 Uhr und ab 6 Uhr doch ziemlich stark. Nach einer Woche hatte ich mich dran gewöhnt und trotzdem gut geschlafen.

My room was on the third floor and there was no lift. So it was a bit painful every time I went out. Staff were very helpful. In fact one of the staff carried my suitcase all the way up to my room even though he has problems with this legs. Very kind!

Все було прекрасно. Оскільки ми не вперше в цьому місті, маємо з чим порівнювати і можемо на 100% сказати, що ці апартаменти — просто топ. Ідеальне співвідношення ціни та якості.
Єдине, що залишилось незрозумілим: під час прибирання не оновили туалетний папір та засоби гігієни. Проте це дрібниця в порівнянні з плюсами. Тому наступний раз будемо відвідувати тільки ці апартаменти!
