Cons:

Das Einchecken war katastrophal und ohne Hilfe eines weiteren Gastes der auch ein Problem hatte, nicht möglich. Ein Anruf bei booking com war nicht Hilfreich da am telefonisch keine Auskunft auf Deutsch möglich war und wir keiner Englisch sprechen. Wir wollten stornieren da wir uns nicht auskannten und nicht in Unterkunft konnten bzw. keine Verständigung möglich war. Ein Gast half dann und teilte mit, dass wir volles Storno zahlen müssen wenn wir nicht einchecken und dies obwohl wir nicht hinein konnten und Booking keine Hilfe war. Nachdem wir und noch ein Gästepaar (dieses kam auch nicht rein - konnte aber Englisch) ca. 45 Minuten telefoniert haben, hat es dann geklappt. Nie wieder.

Soggiorno perfetto in quel di Noale
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e accogliente.
Molto pulita e tranquilla.
Posizione vicinissima al centro con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito o all’esterno o in garage.
Colazione ricca e variegata e molto buona.
Ringrazio la proprietà e lo staff per l’estrema gentilezza e disponibilità che hanno avuto.

Pros:

Hotel ottimo a gestione familiare. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, tutti super simpatici.
Posizione ottima per prendere il treno e arrivare diretti a Venezia.
Garage privato coperto, disponibile se ci sono posti.

se ritorniamo in zona soggiorneremo sicuramente al casaalbergo la rocca!
Pros:

ottima e abbondante colazione, ottima posizione per visitare le città venete, personale dell' hotel molto alla mano disponibile e cordiale, pulizia della camera praticamente perfetta!

L’emplacement à proximité du centre, grande chambre, quartier très calme, parking fermé et gratuit pour la voiture, un accueil très gentil et familial, on se sent bien. Excellent petit déjeuner continental
