Foi boa a estadia.
Pros:

No geral, o atendimento foi muito bom, como na chegada, com o funcionário Luís. Também fui bem atendido quando usei o espaço do hall de entrada para trabalhar com computador, com a colega de trabalho. O quarto era de tamanho suficiente, o banheiro um pouco pequeno ou mal dividido, mas no geral foi tranquilo.

Cons:

Houve um imprevisto na primeira noite, em que outro hospede chegando abriu a porta do quarto e fui à portaria para verificar e havia conflito de agendamento - mas se resolveu na hora e foi oferecida a oportunidade de mudar de quarto, mas abdiquei pelas malas já estarem abertas e desmontadas. A moça que atendeu no café da manhã e em almoço apresentou pouca aptidão para a função, faltou discernimento sobre interação com o hóspede e educação mínima. Deixei de fazer refeição depois por não querer passar pela mesma situação.

Café da manhã super top, adoramos, todo tempo sendo reposto os itens, isso so se ver em poucos hoteis

Cons:

As camas box, colchão muito duro e pelo menos no nosso quarto, a cama de casal estava faltando um dos pés, estava em falsa, como so foi uma diária resolvi n fazer questão.
