Nice Room, Great Location, 15-20 Walk To Centre, Helpful Staff
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, on 6th floor, very close to restaurants, 15-20 mins to main city,
underground car park which was great because limited parking on the streets.

El hotel esta bien, aunque la zona no es muy segura de noche, con bastante movimiento de inmigrantes sin oficio.
El personal de recepción y cafetería, bastante maleducado para la media lisboeta.

Acogedor, ubicación inadecuada

El trato atento del personal,la habitación y servicios.

Cons:

La ubicación, alejada del centro, la posibilidad de ir en trasporte público era reducida. Y la zona con mucha sensación de inseguridad, volver desde el centro a la noche caminando,totalmente desaconsejado, pasar por la plaza Moniz es un riesgo a evitar.

Pros:

Hotel pulito e staff gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Con 20 minuti di passeggiata (in discesa) si arriva in centro.

Not satisfied at all
Pros:

Rooms were clean and bathroom was nice

Cons:

Rude and disrespectful lady in the reception who doesn't know how to talk with guests. Expensive for the service they provide. Small room. Bad view from the window. Didn't have tea/coffee and electric kettle in the room. You can't use the coffee machine unless you pay for your coffee (there is one coffee pod only for the first day to welcome you and after that you have to pay)
