Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and also food in restaurant, my room on 8 floor was nice, clean and quiet. Ask for a window with view outside if you stay a few days. Good location with old quarter. Excellent value for money. Recommend strongly.

Basic but clean hotel. Friendly staff, able to store luggage and use a day room in return prior to train. Great location. Central to old quarter and train street. Quiet. Breakfast is very basic but enough to keep you going and there is decent coffee a few streets away

The staff were excellent from the time we walked in. The rooms were well appointed, the food was great and the location was perfect for getting around by foot. We were well looked after by all of the staff who provided helpful directions on sights to see and things to do.

Great hotel and lovely staff - Hannah, Harry, Febe, Luna and Finn to name but a few. Thanks guys. I went solo and spent most of my time exploring the city, but it was a welcome respite and enjoyed relaxing at the hotel after a big couple of days in Vietnam.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly!

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Hannah, Harry, Luna and Finn always had a smile on their faces. Room was comfortable and clean and well maintained. The towels could have been larger and fluffier as they were well used.

Very nice hotel, good location, not too far away from west lake and old quarter by walking but very quiet, not too busy.
All staffs very nice and kind, specially Jaybee was very helpful and supportive.

Best part is the staff who are kind, helpful, and made exploring Hanoi solo no phone super easy.

Really good place to stay within walking distance of lots of things.

Clean rooms and great linen. Rooms are airy and has double glazing.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Laundry sent out and returned clean and when expected at a good price. Good location to easily walk. Side walks nonexistent but that was just the busy city. Great medium level hotel.

Harry greeted us and made us feel very welcome. A welcoming drink was a nice touch. Harry did a great job making sure we knew what tour options were avalable to us. Great communication and eye contact. Great complementary breakfast with variety.

And western basics. There was plenty to eat. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the location is five minutes from the old quarter making it ideally placed. We spent four nights in total. It isn’t 5 star (it doesn’t say it is) but it’s an excellent HANOI TRAVEL HOTEL that is clean, comfortable, secure and user friendly.

The property had already put into place my upgrade and drink perks So when we got there they were already in place I didn’t have to ask. They were also knowledgeable on providing tourist information and giving directions It was close to hop on hop off stop and other attractions

Very nice property. Staff are outstanding! Buffet Breakfast is Excellent! Some rooms are nicer than others. The surrounding neighbourhood is a bit difficult. Because of Scooter Traffic, you need to be careful walking the Streets. People in Hanoi are very nice and welcoming!!!

Great stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Well located to get around the city. I can not complain about the experience, it was the right fit for a solo traveler who wanted a base to explore the city.

Spent a few days in this hotel while visiting Hanoi. The staff were wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Harry who organised a local guide to take us on a fantastic city tour. The hotel serve a good variety of breakfast choices. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi, easy walk to the old town, market and Train street

The check-in service and staff were excellent and very helpful. We received a room upgrade, but unfortunately, the patio door did not close properly, resulting in disruptive noise from Hanoi throughout the night. We were able to move to a quieter room in the back building the following night. While the cleanliness could be improved, as both rooms had dust and marks, the breakfast was good, offering options like French toast and different egg dishes. The hotel's location was convenient, approximately a 15-minute walk to the Old Quarter. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all guests, even assisting with luggage.
