Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. La propreté du on s’en. Un bon déjeuner.

Cons:

L’hôtel est à proximité de la voie ferrée. Très bruyant à toute heure du jour et de la nuit.

Cons:

タオルを大浴場で使用しましたが、風呂桶でお湯でしたすと、白く濁りました。クリーニングされたタオルでしょうが、洗剤が落ちてませんね。何度も桶で手揉みして、やっと白く濁った洗剤がなくなりました。
2泊しましたが、翌日のタオルも同様に白く濁りました。
他のホテルでタオルを使用したことは何度もありましたが、初めての経験ですが、改善された方がよいと思います。

ホテルは静かなところにありますし、客室はキレイで楽でした。スタッフの皆さんも親切でした。朝食もとても美味しかったです !

札幌泊まる時は絶対ここ！
Pros:

早めに到着し駐車場を利用させてもらえて大変助かりました。そのままチェックインできるかも確認してくれました。
説明も丁寧でわかりやすかったです。
朝食も色々なおかずがあり、大変美味しかったです。

Cons:

少し寒かったです。

Great location, particularly great breakfast. Super clean and super staff
Pros:

Great location, very close to Sapporo station. Also generous breakfast, including local favorites - Sapporo curry soup, miso ramen, and Hokkaido mackerel, saved us from finding them elsewhere. Super clean and staff were super helpful, including with extras like my rental car!
