Pros:

アメニティが充実していた。

Cons:

ホテルに到着したら、お会計などスタッフさんがしてくれると思っていたら自分で操作してやらなくてはならない。また入力する機械が小さいからか、隣の客にがんがんぶつかられて不快だった。客層も悪い。

満足です。
Pros:

設備は新しくはないものの、きれいに清掃が行き届いている印象でした。大浴場が清潔が保たれていてシャンプーの種類も豊富で、Refaシャワーでよかったです。
部屋ドライヤーがRefaで快適でした。
五階の部屋で窓開けたらすぐ線路がありましたが、そこまで電車の走行音や振動も気にならず過ごせました。
アメニティがロビーから取っていくタイプでした。
充分揃っていたと思います。
フロントの方々皆さん笑顔で丁寧に対応いただきました。
とても、快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

大浴場の湯船の湯量が多くて深すぎのような気がじした。
タオルの匂いが気になりました。

We asked for the room to be vacuumed on the 2nd day. It wasn't. Maybe they didn't understand.

スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。

Cons:

フロントで歯ブラシ等が部屋にない事をはっきりと伝えてない、朝食の費用がかかるか解らなくフロントに尋ねたら値段を伝えられたが宿泊費の中に含まれていたらしい？
