The breakfast and staff were excellent.
The room lighting was insufficient and it would be nice to have USB ports.

Didnt like one of the young server staff who wouldnt let me eat breakfast on the tables outside, order me a cab, or help explain what some breakfast items were. No A/C, just fan. Refrigerator not cold enough.

I would just like to say that me and my family have had the best experience at this hotel ever - this is our favourite hotel in turkey and the service/food/rooms are all excellent.

My parents stayed here and loved it. In particular staff, especially Burak, who was very helpful and considerate with them.

The staff were excellent assists to us as first timers in Istanbul. Helped us will transit, restaurant suggestions and sights to see. Booking a very early taxi to Saw Airport was perfect. Loved the hotel and will return.

Well located with the major sites an easy walk away. Welcoming, helpful, & friendly staff. Inhouse restaurant providing delicious traditional dishes, at a discounted rate for guests. Highly recommend this hotel, an excellent value for money choice.

Excellent place to stay!

Great location on a quiet side street which was a short walking distance to the main attractions. Hotel team were very helpful. Big shout out to Borhan and Zaki who were great and made the stay really enjoyable!

All the staff very friendly and very helpfull. Ilyass was realy great by helping me to book transport for me and my family. He was great at showing me how to get to places using public transport .
Bourhan was very helpfull as well great service . The food was great as well, the buffi has different food wich makes it easy for everyone to find something to eat .

We arrived before check-in, and I was pleasantly greeted with the news that a room was ready. Borhan introduced us to the hotel, and even brought us a lovely Turkish coffee to welcome us to Turkey.

Our stay went perfectly. Great location between Guilhame Tram Stop and Eminou. Easy walk everywhere, including the Bosphorus River. Breakfast was excellent, and the room met our needs. Housekeeping was fantastic, the room was serviced in the morning, so when we returned, it was already cleaned. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff but rooms are outdated, problems with electrical system, lights not turning on, one day - no water evening time at least at upper floor.
Needs complete renovation of all units, electrical and water system upgrade.
