Biggest issue with this hotel is they didn't allow my guest to check in immediately on arrival. I actually had to call (chargeable) to Hotels.com and have them call the hotel to show payment. Ridiculous. The rest
This is a very basic hotel. It is close to the clock tower, maybe three minute walk. The room was spacious and clean. I did see a few bugs crawling out of the sink but that is to be normal hair in India. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets were very clean. The Wi-Fi did not work. Or I should say do not expect Wi-Fi because it will not work. And the breakfast consisted of cornflakes and hot milk. They do not speak very much English at the hotel so be prepared to communicate in sign language. I’m sure that there are better places to stay in Jodhpur but if you’re in a push this will suffice. From the rooftop you got a great view of the fort. But you got a great view from all the buildings in the city.
Store værelser og god wifi. Meget støj fra gaden
It was the most pathetic place I have visited. No cleanness, no hygene. If you are with family, it makes even terrible.
I want to ask Expedia why did you charged Rs 2000 for such a third grade hotel. First we had taken deluxe room. the rooms were so congested, beds were smelling badly, no window for ventilation. Then we asked for other room. The hotel manger took Rs 500 extra from us and gave same kind of room (little bigger). Curtains were even more dirty than the bed sheets. We were suppose to stay for one night but we left the hotel in the evening. Hotel locality was bad. I was with my wife and we felt very insecure.
We stayed at Hotel Ratnawali for 2 nights, check in was hassle free and the staff was courteous. The hotel was supposed to be luxury hotel @ budget price with 2 star ratings. However, the cleanliness of washroom near reception, lobby and lift has scope for improvement and so does Pest Management. Cockroaches were observed in wash rooms and flies in the hotel restaurant. Room service was found to be slow/delayed, if you require a cup of tea in the morning you have to wait post 8 AM as the milk does not arrive early. Bed linens are inadequately provided and the condition is pathetic.
