チェックイン、アウトともにシステム的で効率が良かった。
説明のスタッフもいたのは初めて使うものとしてはありがたかった

Cons:

チェックインはシステム的でよかったが、朝食券は一人1枚の発券でその説明がなく、朝食の際に部屋に戻ることになった。
部屋のトイレの水が詰まり気味でしっかり流れなかった。

Pros:

最寄駅からホテルまでのアクセスも良く、大阪城ホールまでも徒歩圏内なのでとても便利でした。
