Loved the new refurbished rooms. Lots of bins around during Crufts weekend meaning the grounds were lovely and clean
A little disappointed in breakfast. Food took a while to be replenished and would prefer to have a pot of tea.
Good location
A bit tired
The hotel was dog friendly and although I didn't take my own dog, it was lovely to see all the dogs there during crufts weekend. A waiter inadvertently took my food early while i used the bathroom but provided me with a free desert which was lovely. We had a problem with our room and we were moved for our second night into another room with no difficulty.
Unfortunately on our first night stay we didn't sleep very much at all approximately only two hours because there was an electrical buzzing noise outside of our room that was loud enough to keep us awake. We were moved to another room for our second night however this room did not have Wi-Fi and the bathroom was shabby and unclean and the room was just not up to the standard of our previous room.
Wie jedes Jahr🤗 (diesmal das 4.Mal in diesem Hotel❤️) sehr herzlich empfangen u wir haben uns die 5 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Hunde ebenfalls🐾🐾
Gibt nichts
Wat een geweldige locatie, prachtig hotel. Onze kamer was ook fantastisch. Bridgeman kamer.

Third stay here, always exactly what we need. Lovely grounds, great rooms and friendly staff.
Bedroom well appointed and clean
Food reasonable price, tasty and well presented
grounds are well maintained and clean
parking ample, free and accessible
closeness to NEC
Checkin was disorganised with a number of people with problems which suggests pre arrival calls weren't done - why? surely that's a standard procedure ...
Again - room service was disorganised with wrong menu in room and on website, order was slow - 40 mins for food and drinks forgotten. Pleasant service and food good but ....
Grounds & peace.
Arrival was not expected though booking confirmed by Booking.com. Harassed reception staff eventually told us that room booked & confirmed was not available. Eventually found us a room at the top corridor 314 but we had to share a double bed instead of having two singles in the executive suite. This was not really acceptable but all we could get having travelled from Sussex. Disappointing for £230.Excuses not apologies made. They blamed Booking.com.
Lovely hotel, very dog friendly, great facilities, good food.
Service was slow for dinner
Amazing Castle and gardens 😍Food was also very nice
The room that I’ve got offered is smaller than the normal room that I’ve used to stay in but glad there’s no shower problem this time.
I don’t know what’s the problem with the staff working in the day. There’s this Asian young lady always been having an attitude and ignore customer and always not willing to help.😅
