It’s a beautiful building with plenty of space indoor and out.
The indoor space was dull and seemed poorly cared for. No effort has been made in the interior presentation to match the beauty of the building.
The service staff at meal times were very good.
The reception staff were almost uniformly unwelcoming.
Stayed in the new Coach House which was excellent. As I visit several times a year - our Offices are at Fort Dunlop - I will recommend to my colleagues
Lovely room and a cozy atmosphere. Lovely management
Very rude gentleman at reception gave us the wrong room and tried to gaslight us before saying "it's your lucky day, you have an upgrade". Ruined the experience sadly. This issue was raised to the manager on duty in the morning who handled it very well
