Boutique Océano - Adults Only

Oceana is very central to everything & being on the 6th floor meant nice views. It was less noisy especially at night being on a higher level. Although the shower cubicle is small, the water pressure is good & always enough hot water. I liked the marble floors which kept me cool.

This was important as the AC was off throughout my stay. Despite asking a few times, reception could not tell me when it would be fixed.
I learned myself that hotel Oceana was being renovated & the AC was probably turned off intentionally.
Preferable, if the staff were honest about this matter. Secondly, no attempt made to reduce the accommodation charges as the bedroom was warm in the evening & earlier part of the night.
Bring your own shampoo & conditioner as they are not supplied.

Expedia pide demasiados datos para su encuesta. El Hotel muy bien en todo.

Bei diesem Hotelpreis kann man nicht mehr erwarten.
Insofern ist das Hotel empfehlenswert

El hotel me gustó mucho, la limpieza es muy buena, las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables. Lo único que le hace falta para ser perfecto es que haya wifi en la habitación. Todo lo demás muy bien.

.... schönes, kleines Hotel direkt in der Fußgängerzone, nette Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht so sehr touristisch.... man kann Land und Leute kennenlernen, viele Spanier dort.....

Perfectly adequate hotel for a couple of nights. It is noisy at night, but this has to be expected given the central location.

Hvordan skal vi vurdere hotellet, det er lukket. Der sad en besked om at vi skulle henvende os til nabo-hotellet hvor det viste sig at vi også skulle bo. Det hotel vi fik var bare det mest triste hotel, hvis i ønsker det har jeg billeder af bl.a at ovenpå natbordet sidder der tyggegummi ( ikke vores ) baldakinen udenfor vinduet burde været skiftet for år tilbage. Fjernesynet var så lille, at man skulle have det på skødet for at se noget. En højtaler lignede en der har siddet på et værtshus, fyldt med gammel røg. Det var billigt, hvilket andre hoteller også er, men det her det var for dårligt. Atlantico flot navn uden dog at leve op til noget som helst.

Basic but clean and comfortable

the hotel is located right in the center but take under concideration that the street is only for padestrian and its hard to find parking in the next few streets since its very central.

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of a shopping district where you can walk freely, shop and have dinner right outside of the hotel.
The downside was that the hotel permits smoking inside the rooms so when you get in the room for the first time you will be overwhelmed by the smell.
The size of the room (by european standards) was good and it has everything you need.
The other thing i liked was that they have complimentary breakfast and its served on the top floor of the hotel so you get a great view of Santa Cruz in the morning while having breakfast, which was good.
The hotel is small and dated but it served its purpose and I really liked that you could walk around and have things to do.

We were looking for a place to stay one night at the end of our trip before an early flight out of Tenerife North Airport. If was just fine for that. Don't have high expectations and you will be fine here. The room was clean and the front desk was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is good with lots of food, near the water and shopping. Overall, it is fine for the price point. I would not want to stay for an extended period.
