Nært Unity Arena

Cons:

Rom 398. Svært nedslitt og gammelt rom, så ut som om at rommet aldri var gjort helt ferdig - selv om jeg betalte ekstra for å få et flott rom, såkalt suite.
Rommet hadde nedslitte, flekkede og hullete møbler, utslitte to gamle senger som vi måtte sette sammen til dobbeltseng. Kunne kjenne fjærene i madrassen gjennom overmadrassen, lite komfortabelt altså.
Gulvet var opphakket og svært slitt enkelte steder. Den største veggen ved sengegavl var avsluttet uten å male eller tapetsere veggen, snekkere hadde skrevet opp mål/utregninger på veggen. Ikke kontakt ved nattbordet. Alt i alt kunne det se ut til at dette i utgangspunktet ikke var et rom som var i bruk, men som hotellet har pulset i sammen av deler her og der for å ta til bruk. Beklager, men dette var ikke bra.

God beliggenhet til Unity Arena for den konsertglade.
Frokosten var god, og hadde et stort utvalg og noe til alle.
Behagelige senger. Hotellet var så hyggelige og ordne rom med dobbeltseng da jeg ikke hadde valget om noe annet enn enkeltsenger på forhånd, så det var veldig snilt og imøtekomment.
Rent og pent rom.
Personalet var også hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Cons:

I forhold til nabohotellet Radisson Blu, så manglet noen få og enkle fasiliteter, som vannkoker, kjøleskap og bestikk på rommet. Om du også er en person som må ha både sjampo, balsam og kroppsåpe hver for seg, så har de en 2-i-1 såpe til kropp og hår i dusjen, men ingen balsam. Ellers er de mer eller mindre identiske.

The hotel was big and clean and comfortable rooms. With pleasant staff

Cons:

We had booked the hotel for a concert that was happening closeby. The staff mentioned that there were other guests who were attending the concert also staying there.
This should have been prior knowledge to the management and staffed accordingly for the peak timings.
We went to the restaurant for dinner and they were understaffed. There was 1 person attending the whole dinner crowd and we had to wait for ages to get seated, get the food and to get the bill.
We were unhappy with this.
