מקום יפהפה ומרכזי, כדאי להזמין חדר פנימי
Pros:

מקום מאוד יפה מאוד, משופץ, מול השער החדש ובמרחק הליכה מכל האטרקציות במרכז העיר. יש נוף מקסים מגג המלון וארוחת הבוקר בסך הכל מגוונת וטריה. הצוות דובר אנגלית, מסביר פנים. המקום נקי, מטופח ומתוחזק היטב.

Cons:

החדר שלנו גבל ברחוב החיצוני ובכל פעם שעברה הרכבת הקלה היה גם רעש וגם הרגשה ש"משהו מסיבי" עובר לייד. בנוסף, היו מין דפיקות נוספות - או שיפוץ או נסיעה על הכביש ממש בסמוך לחלון. החדר כל הזמן היה עם סוג של רעד, עד שהגיע ערב שבת והכל יחסית נרגע. אני הצלחתי להירדם בחמישי, אבל מי ששנתו קלה, עדיף שיזמין חדר פנימי ויקר יותר.
בנוסף, ארוחת הבוקר בסדר גמור מלבד הלחם שנראה עייף ומחומם, חבל.

Enjoyable and pleasant.
Pros:

The hotel is stunningly aesthetically pleasing with an ideal location and panoramic views. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The floor of my room was cheap imitation wood vinyl that was peeling back. For a Christian hospice it was pricey and this included both the room and the restaurant. It is time for a Pope, like John Paul II, to visit and turn over the tables of the money changers.

The design of the hotel is awesome. The building is amazing. Rooms are clean and have vintage touch.

Cons:

The breakfast was below expactation. It felt like me and my partner are the only people in the hotel, and its clearly understood why there was almost nothing to eat, the breakfast do not match reviews and photos. But still then we should not be charged as regular day price or at least we should be notified. Plus I wanted to see the rooftop and it was closed - again - was not notified. Also I send message to property before my arriving and still the message remain with no answer.

אהבתי את המקום שזה ליד העיר העתיקה

קודם כול הזמנתי חדר דלקס קיבלתי חדר רגיל ולא היה אם לדבר החדר הזמנתי היה אמור להיות אם נוף לחצר של המלון אבל החדר שקילתי היה אם נוף לכביש הראשי ואם רעש של הרכבת הקלה .
ולגבי ארוחת בוקר לא היה מה לאוכל מינימום שבמינימום .

Ресторан - бистро на территории отеля отличный , все очень вкусно , большие порции и хорошие цены .

Perfect easter holiday
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night during Easter in Jerusalem, and the location was excellent—next to the New Gate, just a short walk from the Old City.

We booked a family room with 4 beds, and it was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family without feeling crowded. The room was also very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We’d also like to mention the front desk staff, who were especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. They were welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist with anything we needed.

Great combination of location, comfort, and cleanliness—we would definitely be happy to stay here again.
