Fair but not anymore.
Pros:

Clean and efficient facility. The front desk lady with long hair is very friendly but the hotel policy is not accommodating or clear. For example, only clean the room every two days.

Cons:

a. The room size is not the same as shown on the photo, or described. Their excuse is "the room are all different fitting as we are boutique hotel". But "boutique" does not give anyone the excuse to lie about the real room sizes!
b. At the entrance there are high stairs, and the elevator is sometimes blocked by the hotel staff to transport lines.

Sehr gute Wahl für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt oder auch eine Städtereise
Pros:

- Lage super, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, auch zu Fuß schöne Strecken möglich
- Personal wirklich sehr freundlich
- Frühstück: in Ordnung, ist nicht meine Priorität, ich bin kein großer Frühstücker. Jeden Tag etwa das Gleiche. Positiv aber: sehr leckeres frisches Brot und guter Kaffee.
- Zimmer: sehr gut, großes Bett und sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Bad.

Cons:

- das WLAN, hier vor allem das Streaming am TV! Die öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender sind nur als Mediathek-Stream vorgesehen, und eine Tagesschau etc., die alle 2 Minuten hängt und eines Resets bedarf macht leider keine Freude. Das Gleiche bei Spielfilm+Krimi. Hier also gern nachbessern!
- eine ‘richtige’ Bar, mit der Möglichkeit einer Weinauswahl und auch etwas länger besetzt wäre schön. Alternativ vielleicht eine Möglichkeit über die platzierten Verkaufsautomaten? Dort gab es leider nur Bier, und dies auch nicht alkoholfrei, was auch interessant wäre.

Nettes, familiäres Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, nettes familiäres Ambiente mit einem gemütlichen Frühstücksraum.
Wer in der Stadt übernachten möchte, hat hier ein zentrales Hotel.

Cons:

Das Treppenhaus und die Flure sind in die Jahre gekommen - die schön gestalteten Zimmer machen dies aber wett.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes, gut geführtes Hotel.
Pros:

Selten habe ich so nettes, gut gelauntes Hotelpersonal erlebt. Ich hatte ein wunderschönes Zimmer, geräumig und ruhig. Auch die Lage ist eher ruhig, aber hinreichend zentral. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Eine feine Auswahl, gut präsentiert. Preis und Leistung stimmten. Ich werde wiederkommen.

The staff was friendly. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Bathroom was worn down. Bed was horrible. Two twin beds pushed together with separate mattresses, made it impossible to sleep next to each other. I kept “falling” between the two beds. No mini bar - defined was missed.
